My visit to the Kohler Home Depot was once again outstanding. I was looking for a certain product and Patti started out the "investigation" at the checkout, Julie and Melinda followed through with my inquire of a product that the system stated 13 were in stock however, non were found on the shelf. It was then that these girls went into full investigation mode and were not to be defeated. Their persistence paid off as they contacted their back up man and presto Mike delivered.

All three outdoor garden employees were extremely helpful and friendly as I purchased my Christmas tree.

Sheboygan Home Depot is a great place to shop! Super friendly cashiers, and great tools!

The store employees are great to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. However, if your have major items on order and the delivery date is critical you better check on it occasionally because Home Depot's suppliers don't advise customers, with open orders, that a delivery will not be met until the day of scheduled delivery. I expected better from a major retailer.

I was looking for 60 grit sanding pads for a "mouse" sander, but the coarsest grit in stock was 120 grit. I'll keep trying.

A worker named Ryan helped me pick out plants for my apartment and he was extremely kind and insightful! Best experience I’ve ever had! Amazing store, amazing staff, loved it.

I needed a paint match. The young lady in the department was awesome to work with. She went above and beyond to help us find what we needed which included making a custom blend. I am sorry I dont know her name but she was tall, long blond hair, and long fingernails. She also had a sense of humor about her that we very much enjoyed.

Clean, friendly store! I never have a problem finding someone to help me unlike other stores including Home Depot in different cities do.

This Home Depot normally has good inventory control, BUT Something was really disappointing! NO 5/4 Inventory whatsoever!

The sales people were very helpful. Had a cart with items in after I checked out and an employee asked if I need help. Thought that was very kind as I am 75 years old. The lady Brenda in customer service went above and beyond to help me.

We shop here for all our home repair needs and appliances. All employees go the extra mile to help you. Would highly recommend this store.

Had a new hot water heater installed. They were extremely quick and professional in the job they did installing and removing the old unit . also they take the old unit with a++++

After recently moving to Cedar Grove we decided to try the Koehler store after having less than positive experiences at other major appliance stores. We couldn’t believe how clean and well-stocked this store was. Of the 3 appliances we were interested in, they had all three on the floor for us to see and examine. We were approached by sales staff to ask if we wanted assistance and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to travel further to go to this store rather than others and it will be well worth the trip!

Excellent customer service and prices! The store is also very clean (including the bathrooms). Social distancing measures in place for health safety.

The store was very clean. I felt safe in the store. I was directed to the appliance department and it didn't take long and a sales representative was with us and we found/ordered exactly what we needed.

The Kohler Home Depot is a store that allows you to feel Human without forcing compliance like some competitors are doing, when you enter the Kohler store you are allowed to make a Mask free entry, the store staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They are willing to help you all the way to project completion and the positive atmosphere is a true joy. All employees were definitely well trained in their positions to help customers for what they were looking for and the customers, as myself, to ask questions as to where to find items. Yes I would recommend the Home Depot #4924 Kohler, W.I. to all.

Poor infection control. Masks optional and mostly absent on customers and employees. Nobody wiping carts. No hand sanitizer in evidence.

For anyone not wanting to go into stores at this time doing the Pick Up was so fast and really set up well. Order online and next day pickup (would have been that day but I ordered late in the day.) I got a message it was ready to pick up and then just head over. Drive up into special parking and call number on sign and they run your order out to you! It took maybe 5 minutes and was really impressed with how efficient. Thank you for offering this option.

Every time we go to this store we come home with what we need, plus a bonus find. The staff is always friendly and go out of the way to make sure we find what we are looking for.
