This store was more managed except some products was not available or not carrying in store like wise 1 inch 90 degree Elbow w/side outlet so I placed an order online some other vendor.

This store is neat, clean, and well organized. There is plenty of stock on the shelves in every department. The employees are happy, knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to serve customers' needs. Need help? You will definitely find it here!

I went here for repair on a Ryobi Lawn mower and was told it would take no longer than 2 or 3 weeks. I then found out they shipped it to an off site repair center (without my knowledge beforehand) for weeks on end. In total, it was about 7 weeks without me having a lawn mower, and there was absolutely no contact from the store to me, even when the repair was finished and sent back to the store. I had to talk with home depot's twitter account, and then call the offsite repair center (number provided via twitter), and finally call the store and state that I had spoken with the offsite repair center and then I was finally notified that the item was actually in the store and had been for a few days. I was never notified of this.

Love love this location. Always neat and clean; friendly associates. Most always have the items I need in stock. When you need help, specific to this locations, associates happily help regardless of what they are doing at that moment. Parking lot always need and free of roaming carts (this location.) Overall, just a well run location.

Home Depot was unable to order an undamaged product. I ordered a maple butcher block, and it had to be returned and reordered 3 times since it came split in half all 3 times. They offered 30% off of the butcher block which was wildly inappropriate considering the damage made it useless without significant effort to remedy. I had them refund the money. I ended up wasting 2 months as it took weeks for each iteration to come in, and I wasted $150 on table legs that I can no longer use. Only 2 stars because the employees were nice and helpful.

I have holes at the base of the pickets on my 17-year old wood fence and unwanted animals were coming on my property through those holes. Lots of woods around us. So, I thought of landscape rocks but I didn't need a 40 lb. bag of rocks that were on the shelf at the store. An associate showed me another product that may work and I was very pleased and purchased them. Thanks to an associate who cared about my plight and showed me an alternative product.

Dakota W. went above and beyond to assist me with my recent flooring purchase. She made the process easy and I truly felt valued as a customer! Definitely a rarity these days to see personalized service like this.

THIS STORE WAS WELL STOCKED, HAD IDEMS I NEEDED WHEN OTHER HOME DEPOT'S DID NOT, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND HELPED ME FIND THE IDEM I WAS LOOKING FOR.

Store was neat and clean. My only complaint is that on multiple occasions using the self checkout the staff in that area tends to congregate together talking blocking your path to checkout. I have seen as many as 6 staff here at one time. Frustrating.

Although we didn't find what we initially (primary reason) were looking for (and nobody offered to help), we did find a totally different item, in a different department, that we have been wanting ...and it was marked-down in price. When we went to pay, GALE assisted us with our check-out. She was pleasant, efficient, and thorough! It would be great if all of the employees would try to make customers happy as much as Gale did.

I wish all Home Depot stores had employees like, April and Ross. The totality understand what customer service, is all about. The store was well stocked and very clean, and all other employees were courteous and friendly.

I received great customer service from April in appliances and Ari in Customer Service when I needed to return a damaged appliance and buy a new one that had to be delivered in a tight time frame. They went out of their way to resolve my issues.

I needed assistance and knowledge about finding a dremel set for my son. An employee named Terry was extremely helpful and walked me to the section where the dremels were located. He was very knowledgeable, as he said he owned a dremel. He explained different features of different sets and I purchased a set that was one of his suggestions. It was refreshing to have an employee really care about helping me and I was 100% satisfied when I left the store. I would go there again and again.

The customer service at this store represents what all stores should be. Being a cancer patient, taking chemotherapy and being stuck at home... I wanted to do Christmas shopping for my dear husband who has been there every step of the way for me. I called the Home Depot located on Kuykendahl in Spring Texas because our Conroe store didn't have the item I needed. The customer service representative by the name of CB was so dynamic in helping me with my purchase and overseeing it being delivered to my home, truly went beyond and above the call of duty. Even the dear employee by the name of Jim, who works in the power tool department was so helpful in locating the item; took the time to connect me with "CB" to help finalize my purchase and shipping to my home. Both CB and Jim are an excellent reflections on what customer service is all about. My faith has been restored in customer service when people like CB and Jim go out of their way to help customers like myself. Thank you to the Home Depot Team in Spring Texas!

This particular HD location offers a couple of product options that I don't find at other locations in and around the Houston area.

Bought a shed which I can’t find in any HD around my area including Austin. An associate from the garden center helped me through the whole process, made sure everything else I needed to purchase was in stock and talked to his manager to price match the shed from another HD( weird how the price of the shed change from their website as soon as I walked in the store). Bob(manager) you have a great team!! Kuddos kid, you know who you are!!

Every time I come to this location I have a great experience. This is by far the cleanest Home Depot I have seen. The staff are always helpful and they seem to have exactly what I am looking for. The folks working on 10/26 from 7:30-8:30 were totally amazing and unbelievably helpful. I wish I took down their names. Top notch.

I do not come close to being handy at all. I try to do some improvements around the house by looking up how-to videos online which give me a general overview of what I need to do. Once I am in the store, the staff is very helpful guiding me in what products to use and how to use them. They also recommend other items I might need. Every item I need has been available. If I can't find it, the staff will either guide me to its location or look it up online to see if a nearby store has it in stock. I have also used their order online and pick up in store option. Very convenient and easy to use. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
