Went in to get a quote on a shade order. Prompt attention from very knowledgeable staff got me info I needed plus an appointment for measurement in my home and samples ordered in no time. Other customers Kept coming in and asking for help, but salesman never left me- staying focused on my request, instead using PA microphone to request additional help in his dept.

I've always loved the assortment and quality of the vegetables and flowers they offer. If they take care of live plants like this, they'll take care of you.

I appreciate the attention to customer service at the Home Depot. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and if they don't know the answer, or the product as well, they get someone who does.

Jeff Rostvold was helpful with assisting me open and inspect the shower pan, even taped the box back up.

Visited this store about two weeks ago, very surprised how many store employees were helping other customers. Had a few questions and was guided appropriately to make this a very quick and easy shopping experience.

Had no tronble finding the store, sinage was placed in a good location. with all the traffic it was a big help

Linda watches out for the customers. She can tell when they need help. Not only does she help, she goes to get the item.

One stop shopping in Onalaska, WI. No need to walk to the back of the store, (compared to another local box store) .... get your lumber ticket, pay for it, then drive around through security, pick up your lumber, go through security the 2nd time.... All that wasted time is OVER. Home Depot even has "up-front" reserved parking just for us builders.... PLUS you can go on line and file your 11% rebate.... NO STAMP. Can't get any better. Time, Convenience = Money! I made the switch and glad I did!

The staff at Home Depot are excellent! Especially at the pro desk. I was having some issues locating a couple items in plumbing and the two employees at the pro desk went and found both items! It’s great to know the staff are willing to help!

My husband and I were in the LaCrosse Home Depot and were having a little trouble locating the items we needed. Your employee, Steve, helped us even though we were not in his department, he was walking by when we asked him for help. He went out of his way to help us find the items we wanted, helped us load it and then carried some of the bulky items to the checkout and he also saw that my husband used a cane and had trouble walking. So, Steve went out to our vehicle with us and loaded everything into our truck and took our shopping cart back into the store. We don't find people like that very much anymore.

I shopped at Home Depot yesterday and was amazed at the staff on how helpful and knowledgeable they were. Found everything we were looking for. I will be back!

We stopped at The Home Depot and picked up the item we were looking for. The man that helped us find it was friendly and positive. He did tell us it would take him about 15 to get it from the store room. We did our other shopping and it was waiting for us up front in 15 mins. We purchased it and left the store, then realized it was on sale online and I returned to work with Jake at customer service and he gave is the sale price difference. It was very pleasing.

Home Depot has great prices going on for the summer and also a great selection of appliances. We loved the electric range we just bought. We can't wait to go back for a new microwave!
