Friendly employees throughout

We absolutely love the La Habra Location. We always as a pleasant experience there. Whenever we have any question about doing something to our home - there are always folks around that I can ask questions of... or bounce ideas off of (no matter how silly) Bill M. in the Flooring department is a 100% ROCKSTAR and knows his stuff!

Well stocked, organized

Generally the best and most pleasant Home Depot I patronise. I go to the Yorba Linda H. D., the Anaheim H.D., Fullerton H.D. and of course, the LaHabra H.D.

It is a great local store. They are always stocked up with all my necessary shopping items. Very friendly staff. Never a wait on the check out line.

Only one register was open besides the self service area which had long lines. Need more cashiers. Cashiers looked bored and unhappy to be there. Store needs to add more cashiers and/or labor to help with customer service so the cashiers don't have to deal with long lines.

The Home Depot store in La Habra is amazing! They have people there, especially Jose, who go above and beyond the call of duty to assist you. Their service there is great!

I was very happy to receive great customer service from the ProDesk placing an extensive lumber order for my patio build. They treated with respect, patience, and compassion. I felt as valued as a general contractor and I am only a do-it-yourselfer.

Love this store! Generally not too over crowded and did a great job during Covid19 with requiring masks an keeping the number of people in the store limited to make shopping easier to get in and out quickly! The employees are always helpful and friendly.

I have never, in my years of being a loyal Home Depot customer, been treated so poorly. Ever. I went in on Monday 06/15 and was ignorantly accused of shoplifting by the most unprofessional, rude, untrained associate I have ever met. I frequent this store often since I am remodeling my home and have many home improvement needs. I entered the store and directly walked over to the customer service desk to return some items and was falsely accused of shoplifting by an associate named Karen. She was the most ignorant associate I have ever encountered at any Home Depot. After calling over the manager named David, she proceeded to use company time to gossip on the floor to her fellow coworkers about the incident in which she was completely wrong in. I was never even offered an apology. David the manager was not helpful and Karen was completely out of line. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING BY UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. Clearly, this store needs better training and to clean house a bit. Terrible experience.

BEST STORE IN OC.........

My last three visits here were outstanding. I got the help and advice I needed, by friendly, courteous, and very nice people. That makes all the difference!

I can usually find most items I need but often times things are out of stock or in shambles. Specifically the lumber department is always a mess and the quality of lumber is terrible! Home Depot associates are rarely around to help. It's a waste of my time.

It is a very organized place, very attentive employees, they are always there to help.

Home Depot team is awesome! Starting from the team welcoming people into the store with a clean and sanitizer cart to the department teams to the checkout team. Store is clean and has adopted all protocols for COVID-19. And your team members are happy so that means you’re taking good care of them. Well done Home Depot!

I write a lot of reviews on my experience at restaurants and stores on a daily basis, The employees at the La Habra home depot are every helpful and have a lot of knowledge about their different departments, which makes your shopping trip a whole lot nicer. We always get the help we need at this particular stores and feel that if anyone was to need something just go right over to the home depot and you will get all the help you will need, thank you and good luck shopping.

I would like to Thank Jose from the lumber department he went above and beyond to help me. He was very kind, helpful employee. I hope he gets a recognition. I was there almost 2 hrs. I asked 3 other employees if they could help me and they said they could do what I needed done. But Jose he did take the time to help me. And for that I'm very grateful thank you Jose. From the lady with the two boys.

why go anywhere else first? If they don't have what you need...they tell you instead of trying to get you to purchase something you don't need....

I really enjoyed buying products from this store. Entering and exiting the parking lot is super convenient. The decor and availability of products are readily accessible. Camille demonstrated very good customer service skills showing me where the items I needed were. This action saved me time! Thanks La Habra Home Depot! Keep nailing it!
