Cashier Jennifer makes my visits to Home Depot La Quinta a happy and wonderful experience. She is so upbeat and helpful. ALL Home Depot employees can learn something from her about customer service.

Sometimes I overbuy or buy items I may or may not use. Returning is easy.

I had to pick up some stepping stones and I had employee member help me. I felt he was very attentive to my needs, He helped me load the truck and went above and beyond. I really appreciated his customer service. His name was GGG.

It can be a Christmas Tree, paint or help with buying a new door, the staff at this Home Depot always go the next step to make sure I find what I need. For the past five-years, I have never been disappointed, and look forward to shopping at the store for many more years.

I was in the store Feb 27, 2024 and the staff provided excellent service. They were nice enough to explain about a light install that I needed. They are professional and nice and helped me since Im not a handyman to get my job complete. I love the La Quinta store. All the employees make sure every customer is taken care of with their needs.

I usually end up going to Home Depot after not finding the the right item or quality of items or right price that I'm looking for at other home improvement stores. I'll go to Home Depot first now.

She really knows the products, listens to your needs and wants (and what you don't need and don't want) and helps you find the products best for you. This location is GRAND OPENING ready. Faced, stocked, clean, over heads safely stacked and team members were perfect also. This store is ready for a commercial. The condition of this store, it was a sign of how the team members respect and like their management team. In all of California (Bay Area to San Diego) this is the perfect store. 79900 Highway 111. Often we as customers only like to speak with a manager only to complain about something that we weren't happy with. Not this time! We've been doing an upgrade and new construction as owner builder to our home. Having LOTS of questions on materials such as cement, foam and drywall and unfortunately had some returns as well🙃. We were assisted by a young lady whose name is CLOVER from building; she was extremly well versed in building materials and in concrete. The three times we visited your store in La Quinta, CA left me with a great impression of this young lady. thin built, always friendly and always with a smile. But it was her ability to left 15 bags of 90 lbs cemet. WOW!!! and never brook her willingness to answer questions nor lose that smile. She's definitely is an asset to your organization and represents excellent customer service. Now as mentioned we did have some returns that when we interacted with JENNY who assisted us with those returns. Today we purchased a shower/bathtub today but when ringing up our ticket there was a price difference of $80.00 JENNY did not argued about the price but went out unto the floor and verified the posted price she then called upon her manager RENEE who honored the posted price. I've always believed that if your staff succeeds it's you as leaders who lead them there. If they've failed its the leaders who has failed them. The lady that was sent to customize our house keys was super rude. She extended her hand out to me so I was going to hand her the keys we wanted. She was like, “ um no.. not those” I replied, “oh our house keys?” She was like well obviously how else am I supposed to do this? Like okayyyy… then she asked what number key it is? We didn’t understand so we handed her the keys and she said “ this is why you guys shouldn’t be touching or removing the keys off the rack because now I have to look for them and it wastes my time.” I’m not going to lie I honestly got upset… it’s Literally her job?? Idk she needs some training on customer service. Everyone else was so friendly and helpful especially the lady on register.

I was shopping at the Home Depot today in La Quinta as usual and I ran into Cathy an employee there, who was working at the return counter. I have never met someone so nice and so efficient and so willing to help. It made my experience great. Lots of times I’m not met with people who are so professional and so nice so this is Breath of fresh air.

I opened a Home Depot card and it was a terrible experience. The staff didn’t know what they were doing.

I was looking for a smart deadbolt and come to find out that they are hard to find. But Home depot had several brands and of the same item that I bough with a couple of choices in color.

The employees at Customer Service are amazing. Kind, patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They take the time to make sure your questions/concerns/issues are taken care of to your expectations. No attitudes, sincerity!!!
