Great store, priced matches competitors

managers always helpful to do whatever they can. Matt and Chuck have loaded plywood and sheetrock on my truck while putting my house back together after Harvey flooded our home. Home Depo is fortunate to have the staff they have at Lake Jackson. Thanks guys

I was here early in the morning, to buy paint and some things I needed to paint my house, and I felt very satisfied with the treatment of the Home Depot staff, the girl from the painting department helped me a lot and all the staff were very NICE, lamajera MARY, was also very friendly and respectful. My daughter and I left so satisfied with her good care, that I plan to return soon.

Great store with great staff. I had some trouble finding help with a breaker identification, the electrical expert was outside selling a building. Cashier "Helen" saw me looking at the self-check out and waived me over to her lane. Super friendly.

I was greeted automatically upon entry. I was assisted in finding all that I needed without having to ask. The associates never seemed rushed and even asked was there anything else I needed after we found what I needed.

I bought a fridge and the gentleman Ralph was very patient and helpful. I will go back to purchase my next appliance there.

Customer Associates have always been prompt, courteous and kind. Found items immediately, store was clean and organized. Shop there for all my homeowners needs.

If you can get past the poor customer service, you can generally find what you need. I normally shop here because it's less busy than Lowes.

I worked with Amanda in countertops for 2 weeks. I was having trouble deciding which countertop to choose. Each time I came in and it was at least 5 times she was consistently attentive and patient with me. She offered addresses of granite yards, etc. so that I could go in person to see the items to choose from.

The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and eager to assist when asked. We really enjoy shopping at the store in Lake Jackson, but the Home Depot stores in Brazoria County are all nice.

We enjoy going into Home Depot over other hardware stores because we are always greeted kindly when we enter and then asked by a floor employee if they can help us. Though that seems like a basic store standard in customer service, it has become a lost requirement (by employees) in most stores today. Customer service is the MOST IMPORTANT thing a store should focus on. Yet, so many stores do not train their employees on this most basic and important tool that causes customers to want to come back to shop more. Home Depot has obviously done a great job in training their employees in this area.

EVERYONE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL WHEN YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE. BUT FINDING THEM IS ALWAYS THE ISSUE. AND THEY DON'T STOCK 3/4" GALVANIZED PIPE COUPLINGS...

Great store and helpful employees

Store is well stocked with most of the items I generally shop for and at prices generally competitive with the other lumber, hardware, home improvement stores in the area.

We enjoyed our trips to homedepot. We come across one of your employee name Randy who works in the lumber area. He is always super friendly and is very approachable great guy.One of our other favorite guy is Ralph who always makes us laugh. My husband and I never even think of going anywhere else.
