I went to buy a Milwaukee power tool set that was advertised on sale and the person working in the tool department didn’t know anything about the sale. Even though there was a huge display and signage on front wall. After showing the associate the advertised sale from homedepot website still insisted not at this store. Got the same response from 2 other associates. Store manager was no where to be found for help.

I live only Minutes from the Santa Fe. Store. But almost every time I go there they don’t have stock. And guess who does! Colfax! So now I go here. They always have the stock. Compared to the mad house down south this store is always nice and clam and a good time. Thanks.

Employee treated me with respect and kindness, yet accomplished the return and pick up with finesse.

Smaller store, sometimes harder on inventory but some of the most helpful and friendly people you will ever find. They will even check other HD stores to find something if they do not happen to have it in stock- including calling a another store. Most of the time they will have what you need.

This store has most everything I need and the employees are helpful and, if they don't know something, will find someone who does. My go-to place for most things for my home.

This experience was easy, fun, and very enjoyable. The staff was gret and offered help when and where we needed it. They were also knowledgeable and very polite and courteous to us! Our checkout was also noticeable. The lady who helped us was very helpful and knew exactly what to do without us having to worry about holding up the line.

Even though sizable, the Store is still manageable with lots of material being stocked and ample number of employees to respond to any question

If you're shopping for a washer and dryer Mcdad is very knowledgeable and helpful. Plust cashiers are very pleasant when you check out. This is a very pleasant store and helpful story.

Good store. Great people. Please hire more. Never purchased a faulty item. Items I did return had excellent customer service representatives. In fact all departments personnel are excellent and have the know how to provide information.

Customer service at this location is a joke. Sante Fe location is much better, Lakewood location has very hostile managers. Building supply manager or ordering manager will scold his employees in-front of the whole store, not very mature. Decided to buy some tools at HomeDepot this last week, I spend over 3.5 hours at the PRO desk as they tried to figure out how the Dewalt promotions applied to their store. Once completed, I was called by the store to return ASAP because the cashier needed to re-ring it up. The call was from the cashier, they added that it was urgent because upper management was pressuring them to get the transaction straightened-up. Why can't a large corporate retail store properly train their personal? Tragic, embarrassing, and definitely a turn-off from the consumers vantage point.

If you come to this store for ANY painting needs, do yourself a favor and go see CW. Last week, I bought paint for my bedroom and told CW I did not need help. He let me shop, pick my color and mixed it for me quickly and was friendly. Unfortunately, when I put the paint on my walls, it looked completely different than I imagined it would!! This week, I went back in to return the paint and was told no returns since I had opened the paint. I took the paint to CW and he explained that, based on what I told him I did not like about the color of the paint, I did not need to return anything, and he could help by mixing my purchased color with other drops of color. He did mix me a new color and displayed exemplary customer service by being genuine, explaining the color wheel and cutting a piece of white cardboard to paint my old and new samples on before I walked out. I have never had such a pleasant experience at ANY home improvement store.

Customer service was outstanding. Tosha ROCKS! She helped do everything while I was on the phone with her. The item I purchased was waiting for me when I arrived at the store.

Has enough employees to help people.
