I shop at this store frequently but on my last trip things seemed much worse than usual. Most of the employees were re-stocking shelves(when not busy standing around chatting) and all but one of them couldn't be bothered to say excuse me or thank you as they rolled huge skids of merchandise down the aisle. The worst was when we went to checkout all registers(aside from self checkout) were closed. We proceeded to to check ourselves out while literally 4 employees stood within 10 feet of us chatting. Not one offered to help, or scan things for us as is often the case at this store or competing stores. It probably won't be my last trip to this location but I felt less than welcome and it certainly didn't make me more inclined to shop there vs elsewhere.

We purchased some concrete paint online and had it delivered to the store. The paint was bright white and we wanted to get it tinted to tone it down a bit. George in the paint department added some black to each 5 gallon pail in order to create a light gray. He did this without a formula in his computer, but because he knew that adding the black would give us the result we wanted. This was service over an above. Thanks George!

Need a few items for a project all were in stock and easy to find.

Time to purchase new appliances. Carmen Pabon assisted us. She made our experience exceptional. Made sure to have our order ready, reviewed it several times and asked us if we had any questions we can call back anytime.

Went to this Home Depot to purchase a storm door and was lucky enough to be helped by a very courteous professional and friendly guy named Frank in this deparmtment. He was caring and helpful above and beyond. Thanks Frank!

Definitely will be shopping there again!

Ashley (I really hope I got her name right) a store associate assigned in the tile section helped us with an online order that was delayed 4 days past its ETA. She went above and beyond! If not for her we wouldn't even know that our order was never shipped by the seller. We approached the CS up front 3x on 3 different days to inquire about the delayed order but they just kept telling us to wait. Imagine if we just did what we were told, we could have been waiting forever for that tile to arrive. She deserves a RAISE and how I wish there are more Ashleys in the world of customer service!!

Entire experience was exactly as it should be, from product location, to sawing it to order, to moving it to and through the cashier, to loading it in my truck. This is one really well run store!

THEY HELP YOU WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FINISH THE JOB

I tried to match the paint on my walls and had to go back 5 times. Jack and George worked patiently until we finally got it right!

EVERY EMPLOYEE I APPROACHED ABOUT ITEMS SOUGHT IN STORE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL RESULTING IN LESS OF MY TIME WASTED. ALSO CHECKOUT EMPLOYEE WAS SUPER.

While on our last visit, Sheri was very attentive to us and helped make our kids trip enjoyable. The rest of the team was equally helpful in finding our order and helping to load it up.

I went to two lumber yards and a Home Depot competitor looking for 2x2 finished pine boards. Nobody had them but Home Depot. The lumber yard even suggested Home Depot. Thanks for having what I needed, it was great to find it!

My sister has an umbrella stand on wheels and told me she bought it at Home Depot so I checked it out on the Home Depot App. I found it checked inventory and went to the store and purchased the item. Ashley gave me excellent customer service and made sure someone assisted me loading the heavy item in my car. Thank you, big time!!

So happy we stopped into Home Depot to shop for a new "beer" frig. Liz was friendly and so very knowledgeable. This store will definitely be our one and only stop for home improvements and appliances!

Sadly, Home Depot requires a smart phone in order to receive the 10% military discount at checkout. If you do not have a smart phone (which I do not), you are unable to receive the military discount.

Marcus provided me a GREAT Customer experience and SERVICE. Marcus should be teaching others at that Home Depot! ***** 5 star experience!

Online, with a York County store selected, I purchased a water heater. Due to desiring same day in-store pickup, I selected the Fruitville Pike Lancaster store. Only after checkout, including other items, did I see that the price for the heater went up $50, not a trivial amount. Bad Job Home Depot.

Buying paint today and Home Depot is always our first choice. Great selection and knowledgeable employees.

This has got to be the worst home store in Lancaster. None of the staff could help me find items. Once I found them they were empty.

Two employees went out of their way to get my product which was stored on a top shelf. They could not have been kinder, more helpful and more professional.
