The nice lady in the kitchen rehab. section was very kind to step out of her 'lane' to help me when the representative in the washing machine area was tied up with a customer for what looked like a long haul! She was perfectly friendly and professional at the same time, she did not pressure me into purchasing more than I needed to satisfy my purpose in coming to the store that afternoon. We were both glad that the machine of choice was available, and she stepped me through the purchase process making sure that every part of the process was clear. Her manner eliminated any 'angst' I may have had going in, and, something that rarely happens, I was almost sad to leave because we were chatting like 'old friends' who in actuality had never met before!

I purchase some lightbulbs and other lights and they work beautifully.

Great staff this evening.

V was very kind while cutting out lumber and even loaded it up for us into our cart. Jacob helped us with a lot with his aisle knowledge, our project required items from a multitude of locations. There was a lovely young woman in flooring who helped us locate some carpet tacks. And Kari sweetly checked us out and even remembered that we're military! Awesome teamwork was on full display at this store. The gentlemen in painting are always friendly and helpful with tips and hints on what to use where. Sadly we didn't catch everyone's names but honestly, a really sweet gang y'all got over there.

Poor employees with no knowledge of the products they sell. Always hearing employees using foul language. Store is unorganized and dirty. Parking lot is a garbage dump. Since it has been that way for years obviously no one cares.Since you put all the real hardware stores out of business we're forced to shop here.

Cool place to visit affordable prices

I needed help confirming the quantity of a product because online was showing a different amount than what I was seeing in store and I know sometimes the rest of the products are put away somewhere else. I went up to 2 employees and they said they'd page someone but I waited for over 20 minutes and no one ever showed. Those 2 employees were helping another customer but it didn't look like 2 people were needed to help one person.

Sure hope you all get the person I got, Kennika, she was friendly, funny and made my shopping experience fun!

This home depot is awesome

This store has nothing but professional, polite and friendly workers who will assist you and make sure that you have everything that you need. They will stay with you to make sure of that. Shout out to Dee-Dee and the young man in the carpet department for assisting me. I was only in there for 30 minutes to get my on-line purchase and a little extra. They loaded my items in my car and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. Great experience!!!

This store is a disgrace to the Home depot name. It is consistently dirty.The parking lot is dirty and employees are incompetent

Service is really fast, you have a question and they will have the right answer.

This store always has lot choises, so even if you if you don't find the exact item you are looking for, you will fin something similar.

Jessy at the pro desk was an amazing employee got me in and out the store and helped me find everything I was looking for. I’ll recommend he to my family next time I come again or when they come.

I was greeted at the door by a friendly smiling Home Depot employee. The store was neat and clean and when I had questions the staff answered my questions. If they could not they paged a staff member to help to assist me. I found all of the products and materials that I was looking for. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Checking out was quick and easy. My shopping experience was very good.

You will have a lot items to chose.

I frequent home improvement stores - a lot since buying a home. Home Depot is close to my home & also many of the associates I've had the opportunity to speak with are so very friendly & helpful from guiding me where the bags to place my leaves were located to my most recent purchase of a new washing machine. The associates are knowledgeable also and have been instrumental in many of the items I have purchased from my "first ever drill" due to one of your associates. He said if you have a house - you will need a drill and you won't regret purchasing one. He was right. Thank you

Store needs more friendlier and cooperative associate. I rather to the one in Bowie or Annapolis. But if the employees are not treated right with dignity and respect. How do you think they treat their customer. Manage is the Key to a successful stores. I would recommend this somewhat but not really.Thank you

Received excellent customer service from Khia, she was both a friendly and professional cashier. You don’t get this type of service anymore. Both my dad and I were very impressed with her level of service as we purchased crown molding.

The customer service that I received on February 15, 2021 at the self-checkout was exemplary! The Home Depot representative that helped me was friendly and helpful. I didn't have on gloves so she gave me a pair AND checked the items out for me. Previously, at the Lanham Home Depot, an employee took his time to find something for me. In the lawn section, one of the employees found an item for me as opposed to simply telling me where to look! Customer Service at this Home Depot is above the curve! Keep up the good work Lanham Home Depot.

My favorite Home Depot to shop in. The store is always neat and clean, checkout is easy, and there is always someone there to help. When a product is not in stock, they are more than willing to help you find it at another store, or order it online.

The store is perfectly located and stocked.
