I purchased a flex collar with vent cap to deflect the water that comes in through the air vents of the exhaust in the kitchen and was able to find everything that I needed.

Super nice employees! Clean and organized store! Every time I go, someone is always available if I need help and I don’t feel like I wander without being recognized and helped.

Olivia & Garfield went above and beyond to help me with my large order. They are amazing!!! I couldn’t be more happy with my visit!

This Store is great, the employees are wonderful and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to have a great experience in the paint department with Ricky and Alvin. They are Super Stars along with Laura at the Check out Department. She was awesome and super friendly and what a great employee she is - Home Depot is lucky to have Laura, Ricky and Alvin - I will shop here all the time... Great Experience - Thank you Home Depot!!

Check out clerks are always very good here but all the employees are terrible. No one greets you, they literally won’t acknowledge you 90% of the time you are talking directly to them. Stockers are very rude it’s the twilight zone at this location I can list 50 more reasons this place is so ate up but I’m not.

Laura made my shopping experience very enjoyable and it was only 0645 in the morning but she was friendly and polite and had a smile

The young lady named AMAYA was cheerful & very helpful. she offered awesome customer service that all employees everywhere should strive to have. she made a confusing experience into an easy & pleasant one. she knew where the item we needed was & helped us select the right screws for our needs. it was the best shopping experience i had in ANY store. THIS GIRL S A KEEPER & A GREAT ASSET TO THIS STORE. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE FOR DOING "ABOVE & BEYOND".

I frequent this store often because they excel at customer service. They are all eager to help, acknowledge me even if it's just in passing. And they've ALWAYS been able to help when I ask for help. The design center did a great job on our resent bathroom sink, faucet, quartz top remodel from design to installation. Brand name merchandise used. And cleanup/haul away.

Home Depot in Lantana is going to hear from my lawyer after I paid for two clearance items and the assistant manager Daniel came and took them away. Receipt in hand. Waiting on corporate. Lost a lifelong customer for a clearance item.

Can’t avoid self check out, 7 people standing around and when asked for assistance because an item was missing a tag they implied there was nothing they could do and we ourselves should go find one with a tag. Not sure why there is so many people at the check out if they are unable to help.

It’s a nice, brand new store and close to te highway. I wish the garden center had better quality plants and service. Most plants have been poorly taken care of and when I asked for instructions, their answered were lacking… Othr stores have true garden experts who love to all about plants and give you really good advice. For instance, which plants go well with which, which window or part of the house to place them on so they grow well, how often to fertilize, how much to use, and so on…

What breath of fresh air! Associates are here to help. Customer service is great and checkout is easy and Seamless even helping at the self service area.

great experience at this location, was there for grand opening, they pay tribute to veterans when hoisting american flag which was awesome, didnt know home depot donated so much to veterans , thank you home depot, also great staff at this location

The Lantana store is one of the best if not the best. It might not be as big as the other stores but it is always clean, and the staff is quite polite. Awesome!!!

Went on the second day of opening. Was very surprised on how large the isles are ! Of course it was stocked to the hilt and extremely clean! Very friendly staff, was greeted with a smile and wanted to help with anything we might need. Laid out perfectly inside with nice garden center outside . Very large parking lot! It’s very conveniently located right off I-95 ! Our new second home, HOME DEPOT !

Was extremely satisfied with the attention and courtesy of all the employees.
