Return was fast and rasy

Damaris Felix is the specialist you want to work with when purchasing appliances. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Even if it's help in another dept that you need, she will get you to the right person. It's so nice to work with someone that really enjoys their job and has a genuine interest in her customers.

My husband and I went to replace our old Ryobi lawn mower with a new one today. We were greeted by Jim, the store manager, who showed us to the mower aisle and helped us load it up. The cashier, Pam, (Pamela) was so kind and patient with us. We were trying to accomplish some credit and Military discounts. She got it done!

George was very helpful and quick at the register and help me with info about my warranty and Bob was right there when I needed him to get a tool and very helpful as well. I love this Home Depot location. Amazing staff.

I needed an outdoor fan and they had what I needed.

Kristian, the associate in plumbing, got me the parts and provided me with the direction I needed to complete my plumbing project successfully. By far one of the best visits I've had at any home repair store. Crystal at the return register was friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Home Depot always has everything I'm looking for. It's neatly arranged and easy to access.

All the employees are so helpful. If ur there expect that the employees with offer help and u won't feel alone

The wife and I are remodeling our kitchen and it was tine for tiles. What a fabulous experience. Store Manager Terry and her team were especially helpful with tile, cement, and grout. Extremely helpful in choosing designs and matching colors and whatnot. Made it fun :)

Excellent employees Corey and Nick..... No hesitation to help put heavy things into my cart and into my SUV These guys Made my day now I know I could go in and get heavy things.

I received the worse customer service in years from this clerk. I even lost my merchandise inside the self payment boot. When I call the customer service # and asked for a manager they put me in hold for an hour. I was never able to talk to no one.

Working with Dean was such a great experience! He definitely is knowledgeable and a professional in the window and door department. Impeccable customer service!

I had to buy a new washing machine; I was greeted by an employee asking if i needed help finding anything. I found what i was looking for. fast find, fast check out.

Visiting this home depot was like hitting a triple in a big moment in a baseball game.

Today employees are so unaware of customer service that it drives me crazy, they act like they are doing you a favor when they are asked the simplest question or are checking you out.

I am disabled and cannot push a shopping cart I had employees offer to get a cart and help me by pushing it for me. I've never been to a store where the employees go above and beyond like in this store

Since the beginning, Home Depot (especially this location in Largo FL) and the amazing employees (along with the community) have been there listening to us (myself and my boyfriend). They have helped us and still are with the products and information we were/are in search of. So many different projects ect. I know they are just waiting for the two of us to be ready for the final project! A home... And who knows what the future will bring! Thank you to everyone that is and has been there... Largo Home Depot is just minutes from my home and their customer service has always been pleasant. They know how to deliver!

I had a problem with my home depot card when trying to check out without my physical card. Makayla worked with the Credit Services dept to get this issue resolved and get my purchase complete. Much appreciation!

It started raining before I could load my materials. One of the store employees Nick in the pro section helped me load it in the rain. He really went tabove and beyond.

A patron of this lication for 15+ years, remodeled two houses from shopping here. Today, a cowardly customer service employee who was told by management to help me load my car told me to "F@$k of! Do it yourself!" Because I was a little fustrated of the "unreasonable time" (Their own words) they took to bring me items

During our experience! Mary was at our checkout! Her service was outstanding! My father was quite frustrated with the stores after running around chasing down a product but she just took the anger right out of him with kindness!
