Returned a $6.78 item due to fit which I was unaware as being mistagged/mispriced. My integrity was questioned during the return. I then had to listen to the sales person in hardware complaining about the situation while I was shopping for the proper fit item. I spend way too much money in the big boxes to put up with this type of service. The competing big box is 1/4 mile down the road - I have a choice and quite frankly their product quality is better.

Excellent service. As busy as this Home Depot was all workers were pleasant and check out was fast. Also needed help finding something and help was there.

Salesman was friendly and very helpful. Made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase.

Awesome employees! Always a pleasant time when I go to the store. Everyone is always such a pleasure and willing to assist.

My friends and I have been shopping here for years and years. My boyfriend, whom was a well known plumber was in your store at least three times a week! I've purchased tons of paint, fireplaces, curtain rods, a lifetime shovel, a Sponge Daddy, special light bulbs, decorative decals, all of my brushes, faucets, a vanity light plate, the list goes on and on! The staff is ALWAYS polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely know just what to recommend. The store is always spotless and I love all of their holiday displays. Especially in the Fall!

Great place to shop -- fully stocked hardware store plus. Not only have the regular hardware stuff but everything else you would want for your home, inside and outside.

Don't expect to get help. I waited in line for customer service and got no help.

I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time, there are a lot of faces that are the same and have been like I said for a long time still there! In my opinion this tells me that this particular location should be a model for other Home Depot stores.I am a 60 year old gentleman who owned at one time a very large corporation with many employees so too sum it up like a friend of mine said to me a long time ago "Remember he said if you ever go into business for yourself your only as good as your help "GOD BLESS!!!!!!!

The store is always stocked with items needed and the employees are always friendly and helpful when assistance is needed.

I just had my stove delivered, no problems. The gentlemen that delivered were very friendly and helpful, as they took the time to answer all my questions. I was very pleased with the service.

In a time where good customer service is so rare, I received exceptional service tonight at the Home depot. I made a major appliance purchase and the gentleman working there saw me looking at appliances politely asked if I needed assistance and answered all my questions. Explained options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. From there I went to the flooring section and was helped by Darci. I didn't realize the time until announcement came over the intercom that store would be closing in 5 minutes. We told Darci we could come back another time. She simply called the front and told them she had a customer and proceeded to show us samples. Again she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very impressed that both of these employees wanted to know my specific needs so they could provide the best solutions. Awesome experience! Thank you!

Shopping here since opened.always have what I need for my projects. I do perfer to see more cashiers than self checkout stations.

Lawnside store is always busy but you can always find someone to assist you. I needed help in finding an item and “Valerie” was quick to ask if I needed help. She showed me where I could find it and made sure I got what I was looking for. Always a pleasure shopping in the Lawnside store.

Once again, we were happy with Oscar and Kellie's help with our blinds being cut. The cashiers Janet and Merriann were friendly and enjoyable.
