The store itself is fine. One of the employees is just hateful. I have had to check out with her before and I will usually wait before going to her line. Was in a rush and had to get in her line. Not friendly and down right rude! I will probably still shop there but never check out with her again. VERY poor customer service.

Tiny home depot with tiny selection. Tinier amount of customer service provided. Customers are actually better off driving an hour away to get to a different home depot because this one is terrible. The bathrooms were clean though... this time.

The paint department employees are very helpful and courteous. The garden center employees work quickly and are an impressive team.

This store is the worst Home Depot I've ever shopped at. I don't have many options locally, so unfortunately, they get more of my business than they deserve. The employees are not helpful and give attitude when asked to help with something, and there is usually only one checkout lane open with an actual human, and that human is usually very rude. I wish I could give a better review because I have always preferred Home Depot to other home improvement stores, but this store has me reconsidering my loyalty.

This Home Depot Store is absolutely the cleanest, most organized store that I have ever been in.

There are many employees (not all) who have been there for years. They actually know their store and its products. They have helped me get my little farmhouse fixed up over the years. Thank you!

Employees are good at explaining different options for a repair or replacement job.

I bought 3 quarter rounds and was charged for 18 of them. Also bought 3 quarter rounds that were 12 footers that had been cut in half. And was charged for 4 of them (at the 12 ft price). If I may suggest: when a customer has a lumber cart loaded with over 2 dozen items to be scanned - the Check out Procedure is to: unload each item / scan it / & place onto a 2nd cart.

Extremely poor customer service by those members working in that department. The initial team member at the front handing out sanitizer was so friendly. She was the only enjoyable thing about my experience which is sad as I didn’t get past the customer service counter.

Our initial sales lady Katie was very patient with me as I checked out a couple different appliance brands. She answered my questions as to difference in manufacturers and product reliability. I made my decision based on both my personal feelings and her help. Tracy Riggin was the lady who took care of our checkout. She greeted us with a huge smile as we walked up with Katie. She looked up product availability and closest delivery dates for us, thoroughly explained all the paperwork involved in completing our purchase, made sure we read and understood what was expected of us prior to our delivery and installation, made sure to tell us of the process we needed to go through if installation was not satisfactory so that if we had a problem we could get it fixed immediately. Tracy has a fantastic personality, a wonderful smile, a down-home friendly attitude, and was thoroughly wonderful to work with!

Flooring employees Jen and Dennis are awesome to work with and made a difficult measure experience, bad measure tech nothing the store did, much better. They called and took care of what was needed to be done with the multiple measures that had to be done, were knowable on the products and on the differences with the products. They helped us make the flooring selection much better and easy having us feel confident in our selections.
