Terry Ann and the cashier Diane are THE BEST!!! Both listened to our issue and really provided and exceptional customer experience. Both were very friendly and helped resolve a frustrating issue for us that was caused by a previous employee. We found the product that was needed and they explained what we needed to do to get the product registered. They turned a very frustrating situation into a pleasant expierience.

This store rocked today! Amazing customer service! Mr. Ray in electrical (87 yo) helped me out tremendously! He helped me count out hundreds of boxes to make it easier for Ms. Samiksha (the cashier) once we arrived to the checkout line. Both were a joy and helped me leave Home Depot smiling, filled with joy, hope and happiness! Thank you guys a bunch! Job well done!

Store #0126, has been an amazing community store which carries all the appliances any home may need. I therefore recommend this store to anyone who thinks home improvement. Remember, HOME SWEET HOME.

I ordered a Genie. 5 hp screw drive garage door opener. It was first stated that it would be here on the 12th. Called, no order. Then, said be here on the 13th. No order. This morning, went online and said it would be the 18th. Me and my wife were exasperated. After cooling off, my wife sent me to this Home Depot since 1994 to get something figured out. The delay, had already caused 3 days of frustration and reorganizing my schedule. When I got there I asked for the Manager. James K. I greeted me and I explained the situation, the frustration and my wife not happy. She was angry and that meant the home was not a good place to be. James had a 2 hp opener. We called my wife on speaker, and after James spoke with my wife, he substituted the 2 hp for the .5 hp garage door opener. I did not want anything extra or more. Just equal. But he listened, understood the frustration, and corrected the issue taking all accounts involved. People like James are such a mpany. Home Depot is fortunate to have James K. On your staff. Now, she is happy and greatful to James and HD. Thank you HD and especially James K.

I was surprised to have help untangling the tomato cages. The employee even carried the one I wanted to check out for me!

I will make sure to visit this location again because the exceptional customer service offered by Isabella. She went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Great customer service

Amy was the sale cashier and she was very friendly and helpful!!!

Although the employees were fine, I’m not sure who does their door installations. I was scheduled to have my door installed between 2-4 pm. A young lady called and asked could I change to a 4-6 install time and I said ok. At 5:23pm she called to say the installer was broken down on the freeway and would not be able to make it. She said she wasn’t at the office and would call the next day to reschedule to which I responded fine. The next day no one called, so tomorrow I will be going to get a refund and I will go someplace else. A day was wasted and I still don’t have a door nor an appointment to get one.

The store for the most part has employees that are not interested in helping customers. I went there and asked 4 store employees for help. Not one of them would assist me. They all told me to look for someone in that area. It wasn't until I went to the customer service desk and Andrea left her register and came to the lighting department to help me. She found someone to get the light off the shelf and walked me back up to customer service and checked me out. Andrea was the best part of my visit!!!

Staffing is great and reception amazing. I will recommend everyone tries this home depot location first, before trying any other. I bought my fridge, washing machine, dryer and other stuff at this location and have never regretted doing business with this Home Depot location.

FOUND WHAT I WANTED AND THE ASSOCIATE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE OF THE PRODUCT I WANTED. STORE WAS CLEAN, THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

My first time I was greeted by a smiling face and was assisted by and also escorted to various isles and with a smile and suggestions

Tanischa Robinson, Pro Account Representative was the one that help me. She has extremely knowledgeable of all the products and each department to help me. Ms. Robinson took her time and went out her way to make sure she explain to me about the products. We had a pipe to burst in our foundation and eight rooms has to be totally redone. I am a senior and Tanischa was very patient with me. I have no idea what Ms. Robinson is paid but I hope Home Depot really appreciate her. She is amazing!!

Store was well staffed with people to assist both and when assistance was needed in a specific department, assistance was called for and responded timely. The upfront service desk people were very personable, polite, thorough, and efficient. There seemed to be ample availability of all products in the store. There were employees all around stocking merchandise but made great efforts not to block customers.

We have always had a good experience in the appliances department and also find the rest of the store to always have what we need. There is always someone to ask for help since we are not handy at all in our household.

I have been a regular customer of Home Depot in Lawrenceville since it originally opened. As a hobby woodworker I also do the electrical, plumbing and some auto repairs around the house in addition to the yard work. Seems like I am into Home Depot almost on a daily bases. I have had store personnel stop what they were doing to lead me directly to an item I was asking about. I have recieved suggestions on ways to possibly do all kinds of jobs around the house and at work.

Customer service at this Home Depot store is inconsistent. There are employees who are exceptionally helpful and customer friendly; while few others are very rude, who make you feel like you are at a Flee market then The Home Depot which takes pride on exceptional customer service.

Excellent customer service from all the employees I dealt with from the cashier to the gentleman that loaded my car.

The was clean and comfortable. Follow Covid19 protocol.

There is a wonderful woman named Amy who has been working at my local Home Depot for over 28 years. She is so kind and well-mannered. She is the best Home Depot employee I have ever encountered. Often I go to Home Depot and upon check out, look for her to be my cashier. She is amazing, with speedy checkouts and always greeting customers with a bright smile. People like her are what bring loyal customers.
