Maybe I have a friendly face, but I always have several employees offer to assist me. I like that!!!

The employees were very helpful and friendly

My time is valuable and employees are easy to find to direct me to those things I need that I don't regularly buy and have no idea sometimes even what department it's in. They carry smart phones to help and can even tell you if there is more in stock that is not on display if I need more than what's out. Checkout is always quick and easy with no long lines.

Everything was in order, short on customer service on the floor, no one around.

Employees are always so helpful and the shelves are always stocked. Very rarely do they not have what I need. Great selection of home furnishings online!

The Lebanon Home Depot is always a great place to shop. The associates are always friendly and helpful. It is a rare occasion if you have to wait for help and it's only when the story is very busy. I always appreciate how they will stop to help and if it's not their area of expertise, they find the appropriate person.

I have been a customer of the Lebanon store for many years. I have purchased flooring, appliances, building materials, countertops and many other items. Cat Burns in Flooring, along with Lois (Customer Service??), have provided excellent, professional service for many years.

Almost always find what I wanted for my home needs. Generally for plants and garden needs or when something breaks and I need repair parts. Always easily find help and advice when needed. Customer service has always been great.

In the past, our experience in the Lebanon store has not been all that great. Recently, that has changed, and we have noticed much better customer service, and knowledgeable employees

Our son recently retired and talked to some of the employees about a part-time job. He said "Everyone is always in a good mood and friendly. They also said it was a great place to work. He is keeping that in mind if goes back to work.

this store is well maintained and stocked. employees are easy to find, friendly and helpful. we recently bought $14k windows from H D after a LOT of help from Bruce who is very knowledgable, patient and really went above and beyond to help us.
