If you need a redesign of your kitchen or plan a brand new one, definitely go to Home Depot. Lisa at the Lee's Summit store is very good and knowledgeable. She's so good , you probably will need to make an appointment but she's worth the wait. She has great ideas that make the design complete and can save you money. She's honest and friendly.

It is rare to see people enjoying their job no a days, but Tammy was super nice, helpful, and smiled the whole time. Nice job Tammy keep it up, it is hard to find folks like you. I would rate the store a 3.5-4 star, if it wasn't for Tammy I would have given a 3 probably.

Whenever I visit this Home Depot location, I can always find someone to assist me with locating items and giving me advice on projects that I am working on.

I am extremely impressed with Cheyenne Crites. She is very knowledgeable and helped us make great decisions on our purchases.

Although it took awhile to get help, the evening Manager Jonathon came to our rescue and took the time to educate us on our project. Not only did he help try to save us money, he even let me run back in after they had started closing to purchase what i had left behind. Tres was also clocked out and still took the time to help me load our truck! Thanks guys, we appreciate you!!

I got all the items I needed for a home repair job on the concrete apron in front of our garage, so great finding everything in one place. Store is very clean, aisles and bays clearly marked, staff is friendly and helpful.

Just moved into lake Winnebago I have been to your store almost daily since our move. The help I have received has been great. Especially from some younger employees. Keep Up the good work

The store is great to shop at. However, if I am unsure of something I need or have a question I look up Larry. He seems to have extensive knowledge in many of the home improvement areas. No matter what question I may have I look up Larry no matter what department he is in (usually electrical) so I can take advantage of his knowledge and experience. Thanks a heap bunch for all your help over the years, Larry.

Four unusual items all located quickly by hard working Sheyenne

We were in critical need for a new up-right freezer and stock was really low. Tom at the Lee's Summit location took the time to call us back 45 minutes after our first call to notify us one just rolled in on the floor. He saved us! Tom followed through with the transaction smoothly when we picked it up 30 minutes later and saved us time driving to another city to pick one up.

The parking lot experience is not their fault, but we never feel comfortable (safe) in the lot. Hard to round up any help inside, but when you do find someone, they are pleasant and helpful. Loading has been a nightmare, just trying to find someone who can help load the heavy items. Looks like contractors get along fine, but then they usually load their own stuff...I'm 70 years old, I need assistance.

I live in Independence but I happened to visit the Lee's Summit store this week. I will continue to go all the way to Lee's Summit since I had such a fabulous experience with your MOST HELPFUL employees!

The manager Jeremy and associate Branden went above and beyond to create an amazing experience for me.

I needed to replace all the windows in my house and because of past experiences with Home Depot, I visited the door and window department there and made my decision to buy them and have the Home Depot installers do the job. I'm VERY satisfied!

Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service after being beyond patient I switched stores for my installation hopefully they bring the home depot rep back up.

This location is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. Their PRO department goes above and beyond to help us find our supplies for our jobs and are always friendly while doing so.

We had stopped garden store before we stopped at HomeDepot and the Depot's prices were a lot a cheaper.

Bought a firepit that was on sale. very sturdy and easy to assemble. we love it!

The garden center sign says it’s open until 8pm so I parked close. It was closed at 7:07 when I arrived. Two employees stood outside where the tree were just chatting. I walked all the way to the front door, all the way back to the peet moss, then all the way back again… along the way I witnessed dozens of employees who appeared bored with nothing to do… one of the had their had on backwards and crooked, super unprofessional attire. I checked myself out and carried the peet moss all the way back

I was appreciative for an employee asking if I needed assistance and at the time I didn’t but then I did…After the employee returned I needed help finding a price on an item on the shelf and I asked the employee (who was rearranging the entire storage container isle) & she happily provided assistance by finding the price and assisting me with the large containers to the cash register. Come to find out, the employee was the actual store manager who was solo rearranging and stocking but still aware & available to assist customers. Keep up the good work Shannon!

We have been remodeling our kitchen for a few weeks. Have made many trips to Homedepot and always have found what we needed fast

On two occasions in thr past week we had to shop for a refrigerator and separately a washer/dryer set. In both cases we were assisted by Tom in the appliance Department, and he made our time, Research and purchases there helpful.9

Rude employees and unreasonable fees added just because. =(

Great people, very helpful

I was greeted at the door by a very nice man and the good customer service continued throughout the store. Always feel like I can get someone to help me no matter what I'm needing.

My email address is valid, but anything with online purchases cannot go through because the system does not recognize my work email domain. My email domain is firstls.church not any regular one.

Happy to have been helped by store staff for a recent plumbing purchase
