The staff at this store is incredibly miserable. They do not even seem to want to help customers find what they need. It's like this every time you shop there.

I RECENTLY WENT INTO THIS HOME DEPOT AND I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY ANDY WHO SHOWED ME WHERE THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR WAS LOCATED. JENNIFER ADDED HER EXPERTISE IN THE AREA (LOOKING FOR THE BEST INSECTICIDE) AND DESIREE CHECKED ME OUT. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND EVERYONE I ENCOUNTERED WAS KIND AND VERY HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Was treated in a very unprofessional manner by an employee David.

WE HAVE BOUGHT RYOBI DRILLS, CLEANING SUPPLIES, A/C FILTERS, LIGHT BUIBS AND STILL RETURN KNOWING WHERE TO FIND WHAT WE NEED.

Needed a small piece of wood for project. Found it on the scrap pile at the back of the store. An employee helped by make three cuts with his saw and then told me there would be no charge for the wood. I bought a candy bar as a thank you for the solution to my problem and friendly service. I will be back!!

Biting ants were making my garden area a nightmare. Wanted a nature based product to combat the biting ants. At this store I found Diatomaceous, a nature based pesticide in stock. :) Employee Leo helped me during this shopping trip. Leo delivered outstanding hospitality and was patient with me while helping me.

I purchased material, scheduled delivery, scheduled crew to come do the work and material was never delivered. Depot stated that delivery was attempted then walked back their statement and said that their was a system error. Now I have to wait for new delivery.

I went in to buy appliances during the 4th of July sale. I wasn’t sure what to expect, it was my first time buying appliances… Deborah made the entire experience a breeze and I was in and out of the store in no time, completely satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about how simple and straightforward everything was!

The store staff were welcoming, polite, attentive and service-oriented. The store was clean and a very pleasant environment to shop in.

This store is so well-organized, and staffed with knowledgeable employees. I've been coming to this store for over a decade, and I always come away pleased --

I've never picked up or ordered paint at a Home Depot. My job wanted me to go by and pick some up after ordering some. I walk up to the young lady with glasses. She never looks my way and I notice a sign that says "pick up" so I go and I stand by the glass partition. The man with the long ponytail is helping a customer or employee not in uniform. I say this because, the man with the ponytail , ask the person are you off? In addition, that person made conversation with the young lady with glasses. So they knew one another. As I'm waiting another employee comes up and the young with glasses goes up to her and they start talking about someone ordered too much of something and is not going to be responsible for the order. She points to the cases on the floor. Mind you no one has asked me if I needed help. I must of been invisible. The man with the ponytail, as he's finishing the transaction begin discussing another person who had test in a hospital or with a doctor. Both employees see me standing waiting. He talks...talks...and finishes. He never acknowledges me. And begins to help someone else who walked up after me. On the other side. They walk away, and I walk to the other side and ask the young lady if I order paint there. She says yes. I ask for what I need. I walk to the other side "pick up" and I see the guy with the ponytail talking to another employee. He must of been off work because he didn't come back while I was waiting and he saw me. She gives me my paint and no "thank you". I know it's hard to find help with everything going on, at least train them to acknowledge your customers and say thank you. That's not that hard. I won't be revisiting your stores again. And I will tell my company not to do so either

BRING CASH if you shop here or be prepared for extended drama if you try to pay with a credit card and LOTS OF WASTED TIME because their credit card processing equipment and/or service doesn't work for beans.

Great store with numerous products. I will continue to frequent this location.

My experience today left me in wonder that that people can't or won't change their attitudes. I simply wanted to make a major purchase and asked for assistance and received attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but when you're in a service position you cannot take out your frustrations on your customers, no matter who they are. What Tanner did today makes me shake my head at how easily situations can go from bad to worse. Tanner said something to the officer on duty and I saw them looking and walking in my direction and took my time for them to get to where I was. The officer was approaching with his arms resting on his weapon, intimidating but I made my purchase and left. I would like to know what Tanner said that would cause that reaction and create the atmosphere of wrong doing when there was none. This is the attitude that causes irrevocable tragedies and headlines that read "Employee causes death of innocent customer ". I think someone should have a talk with Tanner or send him to sensitivity training. We have enough issues in the country, we don't need more. Thank you for reading my message and I hope that I get a response.

This store has efficient, helpful people working there, and is always well stocked.

Love the employees here. Bodie was especially helpful—he gave so many great tips & suggestions for my multiple home projects. He was patient & kind. Thank you Bodie!!

I was amazed of the courtesy and knowledge of a young lady at the front cashier booth who knew exactly to direct me on the isles I need it to shop. She said she is working there for 3 yrs and I think her name was ..Diana?!? Not sure .. but I will go Bk to look for her and mention her name if this is wrong. Amazing help when you are in a hurry!! Thank you young lady!!

My 80 year old mother braved covid to go pick out a Christmas Tree at HD on lemmon. Same store we have been using for years. She spent considerable time searching out and finding the perfect tree for her. She got the tree she wanted, payed for the tree and had them tag it and hold it for me to pick up later that day, and for the 2nd year in a row, the tree was gone when I got there. I know for some that may not be a big deal, but how hard is it to just have a sold section? The most irritating part of all was the lack of any empathy whatsoever!! I asked if they could hold a patio heater for me for 2 hours which is how long it was going to take to get back over and get a refund or pick out a replacement tree answer was no (thank you Robert Asst. Manager)! There are many choices in the dfw area for Home Improvement stores and I will use them.

Our company utilizes this location on a frequent basis & it has always been very accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

Selections, value, service

I had not gone to home depot in person for more than 6 or 8 months because of the pandemic. Today I went for the first time and it so much easier to select, buy and get help when needed. Just a lot better than buying online. Not sure if I am just enjoying the staff preparedness as it was black Friday, but anyhow, it was a great experience to go to the store today than just order stuff on line. Everyone was happy, service oriented, the staff was knowledgeable in all areas I asked for help, the store was socked well, and the social distancing was working, there was cleaning tissue at entrance... everything was a good a experience.

This store would do well to bring shopping carts in from their very crowed parking lot. Pro service area is quite disorganized. Employees tell people things without realizing customers have no understanding of Home Depot rules and regulations. An employee could not describe to a man walking into the pro area where to go for in car pick up. There were a lot of employees but not that many helpful employees

Go ask for Mike Sessions the best employee that works their and he will give you a professional greeting and service. The truly professional.
