Most of the associates in this store know where most anything is in the store, at least enough to get you close. Janice, Aaron, Joe in Paint, Dave in Rental and "Big Bill" know this store about as well as anyone could want. I'm still not a fan of self-checkout but the new self-checkout registers with their own scan-guns greatly i,proved the process. But having someone working the register right next to that would be even better.

I like this home depot better than other stores mainly because it has lot of collection and you will easily find what you need . Employees are helpful. I had bad experiences in other Home depot in terms of employee attitude. Overall its a good experience here.

Look for James! He will help you with any issue!

Aside from the location being clean and well-organized, I received great service in the kitchen appliance section. Helped make the buying decision much easier.

Those two lovely kids in garden are just outstanding and always go above and beyond in customer service...you dont really find employees like those guys anymore ,especially not at the lewisville home depot

The online experience is much worse than going to this (brick and mortar) store. Save yourself dread and just go to the closest home improvement store.

Terrible customer experience with hot water heater installation. Initial quote was slightly less than competitor, but once they showed up the quote was 228% of what I was originally quoted on the phone. 228% more than any quote is clearly a bait and switch tactic but my hot water heaters were leaking so I desperately needed them replaced so I reluctantly agreed. They provided a 2 hour window which they missed by almost 2 hours without calling. They also replaced some of my copper pipe with pvc so not happy with the quality of work either. One star might be generous.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS NEAT AND CLEAN. THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. I WOULD RATHER SHOP AT HOME DEPOT THAN GO TO A MALL. LOVE HOME DEPOT!

Donnetta and Mike (the assistant manager) went out of their way and helped us through a difficult return/repurchase process! They absolutely have earned my return business.

Janice is the most cordial cashier ever! She makes everyone feel like Norm when he walked into Cheers! Hopefully THD realizes what gold they have with Janice!- If she doesn't get a pivotal role in training new-hires in one aspect or another, HD is not realizing the commodity they have in Janice! As a stockholder, I would have a serious problem with that!

The shopping experience was Good.

I had an issue with an appliance purchase. I realize Home Depot works with outside contractors when delivering appliances. The first delivery the appliance was severely damaged. I did not accept. The second delivery the appliance had superficial minor damage. The delivery gentleman wrote on paper work that I was to receive a refund. He couldn't leave fast enough. At this point and time I had no choice to accept the appliance. I had been without a refrigerator for two weeks and living out of coolers with ice. After the delivery driver left. I went to the Home Depot and talked to them about this situation. Mike Risdon made the necessary arrangements that the company would refund my money. Obviously a month goes by and I didn't receive my refund. On 11/23/2018 I brought the paperwork and transactions that had a occurred and Shermaine refunded my money. I appreciated his kindness in settling this issue. THANK-YOU VERY MUCH.

I asked for the sale paint, and instead they gave me the most expensive. I guess this is how the department makes its numbers. You can't trust them. I asked if this was the cheapest paint, and it wasn't.

Awesome staff always available when you need

I can depend on the Lewisville, The Home Depot, to have what I need. The employees are also always extremely helpful.

If you need assistance with anything through customer service, go out of your way to visit the Lewisville store and find Brenda. She's the "above and beyond" type of employee we all wish we could clone.

I had no trouble at all with my return of items i did not need, speedy service, I was out in a flash.

Maybe speaking up can yield results. I had noted that on several visits there was an inadequate number of cashiers on duty. The last few visits since speaking my mind have seen quite the turnaround. I've made a point to observe and plan ahead where it might be best to pay. I'm pleased to offer thanks to the management for seeing the problem and making personnel adjustments. It has certainly increased my customer sat.

I seem to always have a positive experience each and every time I go to HOME DEPOT. I am a fixer upper and handy man and gardener and I enjoy going to builders/hardware/garden center type stores. I live near HOME DEPOT store #0524 and you can find me there often.

A big turnaround in improving the time and effort to checkout. I am delighted to pay this compliment that there was absolutely no wait to get serviced by a cashier. Perhaps the squeaky wheel does get the grease as I tendered two reviews less than 5 star because of how long it took to pay for lack of staffed registers. Not the case today. My thanks to those who made it happen,

The store employee who helped me knew what blinds I needed and worked with me to cut the blinds to my specifications. I had been to a competitor where I was told that blinds are no longer cut to specifications, and where there was no one to help me. I appreciated Home Depot today for the help I received.

A beautiful Saturday just about noon time. The store had just the pro cashiers open and self check. The line at self check had 10 people in line & 4 at registers. I got in line at Reg4 and was soon taken. Even the customer behind me made a comment abut the situation. It never used to be this way. Regs 7 and or 8 were always open on a Saturday... Next time I'll check out the "L" store right across the road. Took longer to pay than it did to shop today. Ridiculous!

There was a noticeable lack of cashiers today. There was just one register open at the pro service area and then only self-check was open. I don't like self-check but the line at pro was too long.

Store was clean, maybe a few to many items in the isle but I understand you work more like a warehouse so that happens sometimes. Employees very nice and always speak. Love the fact when I use the HomeDepot App I find what I'm looking for right where the App says it is in your store. That's not always the case in all the stores. Keep up the good work.

Associates at paint desk were friendly, however I tried to get help trying to get wood cut and had to wait to get an associates help.

Just had water heater installed. It went a couple hundred over the quote due to city code updates. The installers knew what they were doing and did a great job removing and installing the WH's. Very happy with the work done.
