I researched my purchases online before going to the store - I was buying a kitchen faucet and a window well grate. The Home Depot website gave me exact aisle and bay locations for both of my items. It made finding everything fast and easy! I will definitely be using Home Depot for future purchases.

Glad for self checkouts. Still employee issues after 20 years. They avoid you or ignore you because they're too involved in the personal conversation they're having with another employee. I've never heard a positive word from a neighbor or friend. These are specifically the employees or 'so called' professionals on the floor. If I ran mu business that way I'd starve to death. MAKE SOME CHANGES

If you have a DYI plumbing issue or project seek out Gil.. He is great and very knowledgeable. Had an issue on Christmas Eve and he was there to not only answer my questions but walked me through the fix and ensured I had all the right items. Thanks Gil

As non-professionals remodeling our kitchen and bathroom all of the supplies were available as well as answers and suggestions for the many questions we had regarding our projects needs.

Purchased a custom entry door. With so many choices it can be daunting to find the perfect fit. Home Depot Littleton is THE place to order cabinets. Ryan was so knowledgeable, helpful, and hard working in designing our space. It felt like a premier custom cabinet experience.

I was making small purchases and Jaime was very helpful in helping me find them. Taylor saw me struggling a bit to figure out “self checkout” and immediately came over and helped me with that process. I shop there often and find the staff helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped me buy a very small Magic Chef refrigerator last year. She was so pleasant and helpful. She saw me looking at the item, loaded it in my cart, went through checkout with me and loaded it in my car!!!

They have always treated me very well, and I can find what lam looking for.

While placing an online order, I accidentally selected this location rather than the one I had intended. What a great mistake. The employees are available (they were checking if customers were finding what they needed), knowledgeable, and friendly. While there are 6 Home Depot stores closer to my house, I will choose to come here instead.

Eric B. And Kira are the real MVPs. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I felt confident I was leaving with the best supplies I needed for my home improvement project. They helped me find exactly what I needed and ensured I knew how to properly use them to make sure my project was done correctly the first time.

Store employee Michael was very professional and helpful. This young man made my day and put a smile on a weary face. Thank you young sir for helping out in such a thorough and committed way. Everyone at this store exhibited exceptional customer service.

The employees at this store are always courteous, You don't have to go looking for anyone if you need something, seems like there's an employee in every isle and they greet you immediately and offer assistance. The store is clean and we'll organized.

Generally, I can easily find an associate to help me find the right item that I need and they are helpful in securing that item. They almost always know the right place and answer to my questions (I am a single woman). I do have two concerns. (1) The garden center never seems to have enough help and certainly not associates who are familiar with gardening. (2) I live across the street, and the amount of trash on the street and berm from this store is pretty significant. It is not pleasant to walk along the sidewalk next to the store or the parking lot. Clean it up!

This store stands behind their products and service. I am more than happy with these guys.

They worked hard to help me show everything I needed and was kind and helpful throughout the time I got this beautiful lava lamp thanks for the help of the employee named Makayla she worked really hard and she definitely deserves a raise she was the best person to have a cashier and she worked hard and she was the best

Love this store, close to where I live so I can even walk. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful associates. Great selection and bargains to be found.

I usually dislike purchasing window blinds. However, the last visit to my local Home Depot, with an associate named Ariana Lopez changed my perspective and opinion on the situation. I'm looking forward to buying more window blinds in the future whenever I need some! Awesome customer service :)

We were assisted by Ben (Overnight Lumber) and Brendan (Cashier). Both were very polite and kind despite my husband and I arriving late to the store and having to cash out past closing. Ben went out of his way to cut our baseboards to size according to our specific needs. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us make the right purchase on the spot. He was very personable and helpful throughout the experience. We are so grateful to both employees for how easy and positive they made our visit!

Poor customer service. The managers are always on their phones instead of paying attention to the customers around them. I have spent a good two hours, in this store at times, and went the whole time without any interaction with the staff. So unfriendly. They go out of their way to avoid eye contact. Just so they don’t have to help
