The people there are always helpful, mindful, and respectful. Can't go wrong getting what you need; along with help if you need it, but to mention a couple of laughs on your way out the door. Great place to shop. Definitely refer.

This is one of the cleanest home improvement stores I've been to! Finding an employee to assist you with questions or getting something off the shelf up high is easy and they are very friendly/eager to help you. The check-out process was very simple and easy.

Came in with a tough plumbing problem. First employee I spoke to was very helpful, but soon reached the limits of her knowledge so she called another employee, Benny Lyssy, who had years of practical experience and was able to tell me exactly how to solve my problem! Unfortunately, though, Home Depot doesn't sell one of the tools I needed, so Benny went out to his truck and let me borrow his personal tool - even though we'd never met before! He also collected all the other parts I needed and conducted a mini-class right there in aisle 10 showing me how to use the tool with all the parts I was buying to do the job! This kind of knowledgable customer service, with genuine expertise and willing to go the extra mile is what separates Home Depot from its competitors! AMAZING!!

Pro Desk 6647 is the best Pro desk in SoCal....Manager Raul has put together a incredible staff !! Maria was so sweet and smiling ! AND got my order processed quickly ! Marissa and Sarai were sooo busy also helping customers.!

We decided to go with Home Depot for replacing carpet on the entire upstairs of our home, as well as putting in new treads and risers for out stairs. Tiffany helped up get the project on track and it was a great experience.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Ed Low (Appliance). He was warm, friendly & completely professional. In addition to answering my many questions, he took the time to educate me on the what/why of refrigerators. I truly appreciated this & left Home Depot feeling valued. Thank you so much for hiring employees who can relate to customer needs AND take the time to address them. That’s Customer Service at its Best!

We were greeted in a very friendly way and our salesperson, Dee Dee was extremely helpful in selling us a small building from Tuff Shed. Dee Dee offered friendly and knowledgeable service and I would highly recommend her!

I received fantastic customer service at this store! I was looking for a dishwasher and Ed was so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was great to work with. I can't wait to get my new dishwasher!

I would have given five stars but we had to leave and go back at a later time. We waited for help finally a worker walked up to help us we tried to tell show what we were looking for she told us to stay away from her and she may have Covid the other worker was at the desk looking for a testing site, we were so scared we left and went right home. We went back the next day thinking she would not be there but there she was. I asked did she get tested as we stood far away from her, we got what we needed a left. Very scary to tell people that and stand there with no mask and nothing on. They did not have what we needed in stock so we are waiting on a delivery now, we will see how that goes!

THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY PROFESIONAL AND HELP ME GREAT.

The store is fine but we weren't impressed with the installation company they used to install our new hot water heater. Lack of communication and late delivery of service were not positives. We asked for, and received, a discount from said installation company because of that. Installation was fine once they finally came.

Good plant selection ! Found a burros tail at a great price . Employees were very nice and helpful.

Ed, The sales associate in appliances has been more than helpful I’ve purchased a washer and dryer and dishwasher from him he’s very knowledgeable very helpful and I hope that he is accommodated for his outstanding work. The store is always clean the sales associates in the other departments are always helpful this is the store I will continue to go to.

I have always liked this Home Depot. I always find what I'm looking for and if I can't locate it the employees take me to it. Plenty supply of whatever I need and the store is kept clean and in order. The employees in plumbing, hardware, appliances, garden, and lumber are very knowledgeable about their departments. These are the depts. I have used and always find someone that knows all about what they sell and how it works.
