This store always has what I need. My wife says this is my second home.

What great service we received today at our Livermore Home Depot! Kind and friendly service both out on the Christmas Tree lot as well as inside while selecting specific tools. Very knowledgeable and helpful! It's nice to see that Customer Service is still happening out in the retail world!

Need great product? Knowledgeable staff? Then go to Lowe’s!

The sales people here give OVER THE TOP GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Kathy in custom cabinets was cheerful,professional,thorough and had great suggestions!YNA-stopped what she was doing,WALKED me over to what I needed,was extremely cheerful and waited until I got the help I needed.Marcos(works at the CHICO store)on his DAY OFF,saw we couldnt find metric nutts/bolts,stopped what he was doing on HIS DAY OFF to help us with a smile.COMMEND ALL OF THESE EMPLOYEES ,let the manager know how GREAT they are!

The cashier star help me a lot the line was long when I saw it but star the cashier was move it like it was hot coco was been giving away she was fast and nice and she didn't miss a beat because she was the only one at the pro desk I give her five star the top

Sales associates are really helpful and provide all the information one is looking for.

They have the best paint. For fences they have a stain that is waterproof and a sealer. This is a great stain. I have ordered inside doors there and a special order for me with a door that has in the back a mirror. If you need help just ask someone. All the newer windows came from the Home Depot too.

I did not say I was that unhappy with the store employees. I didn't need their service and no one even offered it.

from the manager to the cashier every time we go or have a problem they are there to solve it and do it so nicely. everyone is more than friendly they are like neighbors

this store employees are always very pleasant and helpful they go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for or at least suggesting options. They make shopping so much easier by taking a lot of the frustrations out of the search

We always find the employees not just friendly but are willing to take the extra step in helping us find the item, or items we might have had problems finding. it made our time there a more productive use of our time.

I gave 5 stars (only) because of the extremely knowledgeable/helpful employee named Joy in Livermore. Joy did not run & hide, she answered every question helping me decide on which mower to purchase. Could have hurt herself lifting but didn't hesitate assisting me all the way to loading it in my vehicle. Joy goes above and beyond world class service!

Norm and Jessica at the Livermore pro desk are outstanding Home Depot employees and make shopping at this location very enjoyable. They assisted me with purchasing a full pallet of Hardie backer and will gladly recommend them for any home improvement need in the future.
