There were two store associates that made the experience amazing. Their names are Ayanna and Kenny. Ayanna usually works in gardening but is willing to help in all areas. She is an extremely hard worker who goes above and beyond to remember customers and make their experience great. Kenny in flooring is an expert in his area. Kenny was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The world needs more people like Ayanna and Kenny!

I CAME INTO THE STORE WITH A LIST OF PLUMBING SUPPLIES I NEEDED TO REPAIR/REPLACE FIXTURES IN MY BATHROOM. THE SALES ASSOCIATE (DARRYL) WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HE ACTUALLY WALKED ME THROUGH MY ENTIRE LIST AND HAND PICKED EVERYTHING WHAT I WOULD NEED. I HAVE NEVER, EVER EXPERIENCED THAT IN HOME DEPOT OR THE OTHER STORE!! I WAS QUITE IMPRESSED. HE IS A KEEPER!!

When your business has associates that give assistance like Ms. PATRICIA "Tricia". Going above and beyond! Empathizing with your needs while still attending to her work station and giving assistance to her team members. I was overall impressed and completely satisfied. She is the reason why Lodi Home Depot has earned my continued business. Thank you!

Outstanding Service from Andrea, Glennys, Lamont, and the wonderful female Assistant manager Who's name I cannot recall, but she had a Caribbean accent and was quite helpful. These team members are a credit to the company and went above and beyond to help me, especially Andrea!

Very helpful staff

Purchased a grille. Made arrangements for store to assemble and deliver. Given a delivery date. Paid in full. Called midday of delivery day to see if there is a more accurate time of delivery. Told at that time Delivery date has been changed and was never notified. Frustrated, was told I would receive a 10% discount (I did not receive) A very dirty, dented and scratched grille was delivered two days later.

The store manager Candy at the this location is fantastic. She really puts the customers first. They handled curbside orders efficiently - order was filled in a matter of hours and store pickup was fast and efficient. Had another order at another competitor's store that took 4 days to be filled and while they said they offered curbside pickup when I arrived I ultimately had to go into the store and wait almost a half hour to get my order...

This store is always stocked with what I need. It's always organized and the employees are very helpful. My favorite is LeMar. He's in charge at the paint Dept. But he's helped me even if it wasn't for paint. He's always good to help when needed. Please acknowledge him for this :)

The employees at this Home Depot are usually cordial and friendly. I have shopped directly, ordered items for delivery at this store. Time and time again, I have met with employees that are friendly and happy to be working.

Customer service is very good from all associates around the store. Store managers have always been available to solve my concerns. I have lately used their HVAC services for regular maintenance of my furnace. Very knowledgeable guy. He gave me a lot of info. Very friendly.

Store was clean. I usually shop there. Staff is friendly. I ran in this time for a red bulb for my sons project for Halloween. Self check out was a tad busy so the girls at the customer service desk took me , Glenny and Candy were great ..

Always helpful staff and this store is always well stocked.
