Great experience over all!!! It is always a great experience when your cashier is friendly and knowledgeable. What a great end to a good shopping experience.

I placed my order of special order tile for my backsplash on July 1, 2022. I noticed no update for about 9 days on my order. I called your customer service department to find out the status of my order. The person I spoke with in your department had to send email to see why no movement on this order. I finally had some movement on my order after 3 days. So, this order has been problem from the start and I was hoping everything goes smooth. So, today I recieved an email at about noon saying my special order tile arrived at my store#1062 with some damage. I was extremely disappointment after waiting for so long there was problem. My husband and I went to the store to speak with someone about our order. After speaking with few associate and manager(Mike) at store#1062 they said to come back to store about a hour they should have resolution. I explain to them I can't wait for reorder because my remodeling starts on Monday. I will just take the order with damage tile. So, I went home. I came back about hour and half later. My husband and I went back to store#1062 and were helped by Customer Service associate Victoria. I had to explain to her about what happen when I first visited the store about one hour go. All the associates who helped us earlier went home for the day. So, you can understand how frustrated I was at this point. Victoria at Customer Service Desk went out of her way to resolve my problem. She called so many associates in the store to get answers how to resolve my problem. She even called your 800 customer service. I have never received such awesome service. I didn't mind being at store for more than a hour because I knew she was going to help me resolve this issue. She even helped my husband load the tile in my car. She said her manager was going to give me discount on broken tiles. I was not expecting it at all. I will definitely continue to shop at this location to finish my home remodeling. After paying for my items I walked out to my car to put everything away. As I was putting everything away I noticed that a brush I bought wasn't there. I double checked my receipt and saw that I was still charged for it. I went back to ask the cashier, Denise, if it was maybe left behind but she didn't try to help me get to the bottom of it. She just kept repeating that 'everything was there' and didn't bother to look at my receipt. I paid $8 for that brush that I needed for a home project and went home without it because Denise was rude and unhelpful. I would have stayed to speak to a lead or manager but I was already running late for an appointment. Denise needs to work on her customer service skills. If a customer returns with an issue, you investigate it and make sure your customer leaves satisfied.

I USALLY DONT REALLY INTERACT WITH PEOPLE AT THE STORE BUT THIS GIRL WAS TO GOOD TO NOT GET HELP FROM. SHE WAS SO POLITE AND ID DRIVE THE 30 MINS BECAUSE WE LIVE IN LA. EVERYWHERE ELSE THEY ARE KINDA RUDE OR RUN THE OTHER WAY WHEN ASKING FOR HELP. THANKY YOU NUTCHAYA FOR DOING THE COMPLETE OPPISITE!

Out of all the Home Depot’s iv been too this was the best experience. I needed some paint made and the young lady that was their was super patient with many of the questions I had. I don’t know her name but I think it started with an Nuttila or nutcha. I’d drive back to this store just because of the politeness Atmosphere

I was unable to get a piece of composite wood cut. I was told that they don’t cut them because they’re not real wood! In the pass they’ve cut them me three times! ?

All three employees made my day by kind and thoughtful assistance and customer service. I’m not sure about Alex’ name though but he was the one who helped my brother and I with find our fluorescent light bulbs and taking our old bulb for us. This the kind of thing that makes us want to come back!

I was in a pinch to find a specific tool I needed to finish a job. Saul was able to not only get me the tool quickly but convinced me on the upgraded tool I needed. I will be making my way out more this way just because of the friendly staff and quick service I received

All isles are name for products which makes it easy to find what your looking for.

Chris in the appliance department- wears glasses, has colored eyes and beard- provided great customer service. He grabbed a product from the top rack for us.

Outstanding Store associate Shaun

The associates were very helpful, they didn't keep walking when you ask for help. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This was the WORST experience that I had due to Cashier Rosio, cashier Leona, and Manager Juan. I was paying for my items with two HOME DEPOT Gift Cards. Rosio argues with me saying that since the gift card does not have a barcode I can NOT use it to purchase my items. I tell her to get someone who knows how to do this. Cashier Leona comes over and tells her that these can be used and shows her how to use them. At this point there is NO apology for arguing with me or wasting my time. The system freezes. They redo the whole purchase again for 10 minutes and any double charged items. They Void everything and then I ask for a manager. Manager Juan comes over with NO apology, and is asking ME what they have done so far and if they can do this on another register like I work there. SO almost 40 minutes later they complete the purchase and cashier Leona Mockingly says “Have a nice day” . No apologies.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT, EVERY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING.

Real good customer service workers are really helpful feel good in the store they take their time to explain you really nice Workers I will come back to the store

Great customer service at Long Beach and Carson stores. Long Beach is especially helpful with paint.

Our cashier was very kind and patient with us. Helpful in trying to find a price for the plant I picked. I appreciate his efforts and being down to earth. Others would have had an attitude at other places, but he was super nice and friendly. I really appreciate that. His name was Andy

Terrible staff. Terrible management. Requested canned spray paint from lockup. Paint staff said they'd be right there. Waited 5 mins and asked again for the same answer. Waited a total of 15 mins and left. Check out line had an issue with scan. Hit Request Help button on kiosk. Staff said she'd be right there, then went to next kiosk 5' away and checked out next 3-5 customers. Manager came to help my issue and said "sorry, we're just busy". I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Bad customer service. Rude checkout people. Not helpful.

This location is convenient to get to, plenty of parking, and helpful staff.
