It's as if I work here, I shop home depot so much. It's my go-to store for all my general contracting needs!

Went in to get some paint primer tinted, for a shed I am buillding. Sergio and Mary were extremely helpful and patient with me. They mixed up a batch, but I thought it was "too light" of a shade of green. Without hesitation, they added more tint and darkened it up. Both are STELLAR employees, and a CREDIT to your company !

I didn't have any problem finding what I needed because the store was logically organized and there was plenty of what I needed to get. The self-checkout was really fabulous because Tonya made it really special. She informed me of the discount for applying for a Home Depot credit card and was so compelling that I agreed, and she made it super easy.

We needed some paneling cut and Jonathon was super helpful and friendly! He helped us me get the paneling down and cut. I appreciated his help SO much!

I've been planning a kitchen remodel for over 3 months. The Home Depot person, Joanne s , made it an almost pain-free process. Definitely a one-on-one personalized service. If you need any appliances from a big box store, go talk to her. You won't be sorry. It would be a five-star review except Home Depot was out of items I needed with no warning online that they were low on stock or discontinuing.

The person in the paint department was very helpful and courteous at matching the paint we needed matched and very fast at doing it.

I was having a hard time getting the paint i need it for my new house and getting other stuff also and in every ile i went theres was such and amazing person ready to help me .I was lil lost in the beginning but thanks to this amazing crew they guide me step by step and explain me what tools or accessories i need it to get the job done .. Thanks so much for you're kindness and amazing job keep it up

Sometimes myself and my workers get followed around the store like we're going to steal or something and it's quite uncomfortable when I shop here everyday, sometimes even 3 or 4 times a day

Shannon in the Paint Dept. is very knowledgeable about her products. She is very friendly and quick at her job. It was a pleasure having her help us!

Stopped in to look for remnant. Decided to buy 12' x 5' carpet. Darren was so patient(checkingbprices on remnants and figuring cost on carpet) kind & helpful. It was time for him to go home but he finished with us and then walked the carpet piece to the checkout and then offered to take it to the truck!! GREAT Customer service!!

This is a fantastic store! Employees like Rich M and Rebecca are an asset to the this store. Today, Rebecca went above and beyond and I can't thank her and store management enough.

My husband's grill gave out the day before Father's Day and he wanted a new one but he had to work on Father's Day so he sent me on the task to go pick up the grill that he picked out online. It turned out to be an adventure but Charlie and Adele were amazing at helping me create the best Father's Day for him! Thank you for going above and beyond.

If I’m not sure what I need there is always someone there to give me advice and that has saved me time and money

I have come into the Lorraine Home Depot twice this week to get things from the garden center. Trees and mulch. Both times I had employees that were very friendly, made me feel welcome, and were extremely helpful. Even came late at night after the garden center closed and they made sure I had help loading 20 bags of mulch. Shout out to Brian and Kayley for making this such a positive experience. I have not experienced this before in other stores similar to Home Depot.

The item I purchased had been previously opened. The tool kit seal was broken and there was no powered cord so i can't charge it. What a hassle. This item must have been returned and not checked to verify all the parts were there before putting it back on the shelf! I don't have time for this nonsense.

I had an extremely complicated return so I thought, multiple receipts, from multiple stores and from purchases from me and a friend with stage 4 cancer who couldn't be there. Some cash purchases and some with a credit or gift card. Adelle made it simple. I was done in minutes, to the astonishment of those in line. She sure knew her stuff, and she was so very pleasant the whole time, with a big smile.

I always find what I need in stock and the employees know their store and are very helpful. Its always a good trip to the Lorain Home Depot.

I went in with two thinks on my mind, buying a sink and some stones too make a raised garden! The gentlemen who helped me was super nice and so insightful!

In the past you could not get help at this store. Now I can say they definitely changed that.

We had install of Lifeproof flooring in three rooms 2 weeks ago. We are beyond believe how much we love them!!
