This Home Depot store is easy to navigate, the personal attention given by staff and clerks is exceptional, and everything is quite easy to find. I rarely cannot find something and have to ask where an item is located. The store is exceptionally clean and the associates are friendly and helpful.

This store usually has what I'm looking for. The problem is the employees don't know what I'm talking about most of the time and so don't know where to find the items I'm looking for. For the most part they are young, inexperienced and untrained. There are a few who do know their stock. The workers are very friendly. The store is pretty clean. It's usually hard to find someone to help me.

Getting more organic products in the store. This is enabling me to be more efficient in my yard in getting plants, soil amended and growing crops and grass. Will start recommending the garden section a lot more

Your store is truly an asset to Los Banos. It so convenient for people to get what they need without having to go out of town. The store is indeed very neet. Employees are willing to help. Sometimes, however, you cannot locate a clerk to help you. You kind of meander around not really getting the specific information you need. I know all are busy, but it would be nice if a few were mingling in different areas of the store so people can find someone. However, once a clerk is located, they are very helpful and knowledgeable.But this has not kept the shoppers away. They still love the Los Banos Home Depot!!

This store is huge with plenty of space. Employees are quick to answer questions and direct you to what you want to see or buy. I have never had a poor experience shopping at this store.

Of all the Home Depots that I've been to, this one provides the best experience for me. Things are organized and the staff is friendly. They are willing to go out of their way to help.

Employees are friendly througout store

Very friendly staff and efficient. However there should be inspectors for garden department. The length of sod description was 8 feet but actual length we received was only 6 feet. Over all this store location is a very good store.

Good selection and helpful staff. It's hard sometimes to find the person to help in a particular department sometimes, but overall it's a good store!

I NEEDED SOMETHING WHILE PASSING THROUGH TOWN; THERE WERE TWO EMPLOYEES WHO WERE FANTASTIC ABOUT GETTING ME TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND CUTTING IT TO THE EXACT SIZE. VERY FRIENDLY AND I THINK THE ENTIRE STOP ONLY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES...THANKS TO THEM !!!

They measured, transported, and carefully loaded all the merchandise into my car . It was a very positive shopping experience. Thank You!

This is the only hardware store near me, prices are sometimes reasonable but their needs to be more staff for questions. It’s clean and has everything for a hardware store.

Staff (probably including Mgmt.) needs to brush up on customer service and realize their jobs rely on customers...happy customers. Overall an alright experience. I didn't need any help but I saw 12+ employees and no one said hello, good morning, did you need any help?...in the past I did have to flag down an employee for help, asked my question, and his response was it wasn't his department and he didn't know about that...then walked off...plus there isn't any other home improvement stores, ie, Lowe's or Orchard's, in the area so we're depend on Home Depot and the staff know this and give adequate or sub standard service. +++Sandra at Self Check Out was helpful and courteous.
