I bought a home October 2020 and opened a Home Depot charge card. I purchased many items from the Love Joy Ga. store. The staff was very friendly and patient. The took there time with me, when I couldn't make a decision. I enjoy coming to the Love Joy Home Depot.

The store is full of friendly employees and always ready to assist customers.

On 11/11/20 Rhonda the cashier went over and above her job to perform a miracle (in my world). I had a difficult to find item that I needed to purchase. She was the fifth employee (all nice) that I had asked for assistance. I described the item, she input some information into her app and in seconds she found exactly what I needed. She showed me exactly where it was located. I can't thank her enough. Great job, Rhonda!

Cashier Richmond was very polite and helpful .

I had one of the most wonderful experience at this Love Joy home depot. I really did not know what I was looking for. Mr Jeffery saw me in the cabinet section. He assisted me. He was so pleasant and very knowledgable about what I needed. I had to call my contractor to get the particulars and Mr Jefffery knew exactly where to locate it. He escorted me to the cashier and even took the materials out to my vehicle. I am a senior and that act of kindness was greatly appreciated.

NO one could help me find a batter for my rideing lawn mower went to Advanced Auto Parts and got it right away did not waste half a hour looking around the Home Depot store for it none of the employees could help me find it or the manager.

This store was very clean and my husband and I went to purchase a shower and this wonderful lady name Michelle Cameron helped us through out our transaction. MIchelle went beyond her duties, she had me and my husband to have a seat at one of the desks, while she had one of her co-workers to check the boxes to make sure all the parts were in there, because the boxes was opened. Home Depot need more people like Michelle Cameron. Thanks again!

The employees at this store are very helpful. Although I was unable to locate the product I needed they went above and beyond to help me. This location is one of four in my area and I choose this location more often than the others.

I usually go to the Home Depot in Fayetteville which a little closer to me. But the item I needed was only in stock in Lovejoy. This is the first time going to that store and it was a lot better. There were actually people available to help. Two ladies were especially helpful and friendly, Ikara and Angelique (sorry if spelled it wrong). Next time I will go to this store first.

The Lovejoy Home Depot store location provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile and welcome that was a great first impression. I was assisted by two employees while searching for the items I needed. While checking out, I was in the self checkout lane and was asked if I was paying with a card. I told the employee that I was using cash and was immediately directed to the cash paying register. This saved me time and I was able to check out quickly. The sale cashier, Tenya was extremely polite and provide me with helpful and beneficial conversation. She asked if I found all the items I needed and offered me the option of applying for a Home Depot card to take advantage of its benefits. Overall, the service was most impressive and I will definitely shop again at the Lovejoy location. Yes, you nailed it!

The store associate’s are the best. They will help you find what your looking for and if it’s not available at this store they will find it at another and call to verify. Great deals at Christmas time and after. the store Manger here loves his Store and customers

If you shop there on weekdays when it's not so very crowded it's wonderful. The employees are friendly and helpful. The shelves were organized and the store was clean. They also put the items like hand sanitizer up front so we don't forget to buy it.

I recommend the love joy Home Depot to any one shopping for home.financing is good costomers service is awesome and it’s right there in our neighborhood.

There's something wrong with your hand sanitizers you have/give/provide at the doors. I appreciate the thought. You didn't have to, but if you are going to provide it, please don't dilute or tamper with it. They have an awful smell. Sorry to complain. Thanks for the masks though. Still love you guys!

Store was clean and adequate measure was in place to prevent spread of covid-19. Store is moderately stocked and customer friendly.
