We drive the extra miles to use this Home Depot rather than the closer "other" home improvement store. Much easier to find an associate to help locate items or answer questions, and those we've interacted with have been fairly knowledgeable as well as friendly. Since buying our home 3 years ago, we've done extensive repainting, 2 bath remodels, appliance replacements, new blinds throughout, some general repairs, and this is where we shop, or have our "handyman" pick up what's needed. Also bought all our lawn care equipment there: lawnmower, edger, wheelbarrow, garden hoses etc., and find them comparably priced. Very satisfied!

Always a good shopping experience. Everyone is pleasant, kind, patient and helpful.

Same experience as the other home depots. Usually shops at the Mechanicsburg home depot because they are only 2 miles from my residence. Had to go to the lower Paxtang store to pick up shelving units that the Mechanicsburg store did not have,, only to find out they were out of stock of this shelving. Was then directed to the Hanover home depot witch did stock what I needed. Picked up all of the items. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store was clean and orderly.

The staff was very friendly. Lisa in the home appliances was outstanding with helping in my wife and my search for a refrigerator. Will definitely recommend this store.

Bought an air filter for my refrigerator, while looking Lisa asked if she could help. I told her I found the filter I was looking for. She asked if I had an extended warranty, I said I wasn't sure. If we did buy an extended warranty we could submit the receipts for a partial refund. I checked with my wife and we did. We now submitting for a refund on the water filter I bought yesterday and the air filter I bought today. This is why I continue to return to Home depot for our needs.

Had to return a refrigerator water filter, I bought the wrong one. I used to store app and it showed the store was out. Gary a plumbing associate was working the return desk and said he would check to see if they had any or if they received a shipment. I told him the check I made using the store app and they did not. He asked me t follow him where he took to location where there were 4 a sets of the filters I required. This is not the only time I received excellent service at this store or for that matter any Home Depot I have visited. This is always my first stop for and home improvement supplies or tools.

The store was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Management is always cheerful and asking if you need help. The staff in the electrical department and supervisor Louis was super helpful with helping us pick out the perfect security camera system .

I use this HOME DEPOT because of the quality personnel. Gary in plumbing is very knowledgeable and well as Tim in electrical. They are GREAT!!

Products were readily available, price was very comparable for the quality.

Staff member, Gary, was absolutely incredible. I had my own home cable management project to consider in detail. Most of the application I was working toward required something more like what is found in industrial applications. However, needed to think outside the box for conceptualizing industrial to my own home implementations. Gary was invaluable toward considering these variables.

Generally this store is great, however getting someone to assist you is getting harder and harder.

This is my favorite store. The associates are helpful and cashier Lori was very friendly.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Cashier Lori goes above and beyond the duties of a cashier. She knows where everything is located, and will help you find what you need. She's very talkative and brings a smile to my face every morning I see her. The pro desk is also very helpful, and all the staff are kind, and willing to help. Best store around!!

There were so many nice Christmas decorations throughout the store. The store was clean and neat, not overcrowded with items to be stocked like a lot of the stores I have visited recently. A lovely salesperson named Nefertiti was very kind and helpful during my recent visit.

I'm rating tis store an A+ because many times I have shopped at the Home Depot and purchase d a lot of home improvement merchandise. All the associates were very friendly and caring and when I would ask them any questions they had the answer and if they didn't they would ask the other co-worker to see if they knew . That is what I call TEAM WORK.

Employees are well trained and courteous in providing excellent Customer service. Employees have good knowledge about product they sale. Always willing to help find the item you are looking and show you the self and isle. Store is very clean.

Generally has enough employees to assist customers. Most employees are knowledgeable or will direct you to someone who can answer your questions.
