I went to local national competor and was not greeted other than a rude agent saying if you want any appliance it will take 2 months or more to get

Will take my business else where .. went to the 50th street store to buy my flooring, got there early before the rush .. the guy helping me had no clue what he was doing.. finally I showed him there own Product online to which he replied that they were out at that location the other store had 70 cases. So I went to the other store here in Lubbock they has zero Cases. Said they could order it .. but would take ten days (Supposedly had 70 boxes). Told them I needed by Saturday. So I was Forced to buy a more expensive flooring Option.. think that was there plan the whole time

I was trying to get someone to cut the cedar posts I was buying. The guy who worked there said he was too busy and literally walked away.

No complaints will be back

Home Depot worker, after we spoke went to get a roll around ladder & spent awhile looking for the T25 bits that were completely out, where they hang. Then filled to empty slot

We have multiple projects around the property that we need supplies for. Our local Home Depot had what we needed in stock with friendly employees who helped us locate what we couldn't find. And our cashier was great and we got our military discount hassle free.

They claim to be veteran friendly, however dawn proves that to be otherwise. Making comments such as they wish death on members of the military, just very disrespectful and unprofessional

Went in to buy new kitchen cabinets. Joshua, Allen and Liz all went above and beyond normal customer service to see that we were satisfied with our choices, getting the numerous boxes loaded onto carts and then loaded onto our trailer GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rare to get this kind of service anymore.

Reyna was very helpful and showed great customer service

I was pleased to find a staff member who helped me find the item I was needing. He was professional and friendly. The check-out person greeted me and made my day with a smile. I will visit this store location again.

The restrooms here were horrible I have pics used bandaids on the sinks overflow trash cans everywhere toilet paper w blood on the floor, no toilet paper it was horrible and both men and women restrooms were like this I even asked to speak to a manager because when I told the associates at the pro desk they didn’t seem to care, well they couldn’t even find a manager for me how ironic is this!? There were Hardly no associates to help, or show interest in helping and it’s like this more times than not at this store. The best associate there was Bre Bre in the paint department she showed interest in helping us and answering all our questions, she went above and beyond she was the only great experience at this store.

This store looks much better then before. I Really enjoyed our visit.

The employees in this store are extremely friendly, professional, and willing to help. Most recently, one of the young ladies at the service desk, Haylee, went above and beyond to help me. Wish I knew more employee names so I could mention them as well.

Could not find any store associates to help. Found one associate and he told us to find help in flooring. Flooring had three associates standing and talking but not willing to help. We asked for them to help take flooring to the front to pay and they refused. We where told to go get a cart and move it up to the front. Plumbing needs training. Poor guy knew nothing about parts we needed. He told us wrong area and they had no clue what we where looking for. SMH Casher was friendly. A guy gathering carts did awesome. Walked up to us and asked if he could help.. customer service and knowledge are the most important whe working at a home improvement company

The employee that serviced us was excellent. I will return to shop there.

I really enjoyed the employees helping me find the right products for each of my projects. All of the employees were very knowledgeable about the store and products. This makes a higher difference in where I will shop for home projects.

Me and my daughter came to get supplies for my husband, who’s a local contractor. Randy helped us so much during our shopping experience! He loaded everything for us and became a personal shopper for us! He walked us to where each item was located, and loaded all items into the basket quickly! We are extremely grateful for his help and excellent customer service! Randy goes above and beyond for his customers and we appreciate it so much!! Thank you, Randy! We will definitely come back soon!

A few years ago I quit shopping at Homedepot due to lack of customer service. Twice I spent over 30 minutes looking for an employee. Recently due to the shortage of... well everything, I was forced to return to Homedepot. In my recent return, I have been very pleasantly surprised with the prompt attention and knowledge of the employees as well as the availability of products. I am looking forward to my next visit to Homedepot, I know I will get the service I expect!

Adam and Jayde were awesome. They both stopped what they were working on and helped me with my mulch order. Adam even offered to bring the mulch to my car to make loading easier. Thank you for the personalized service!

Super quick and easy. Employees were great and helped me tremendously!

Employee loaded my cart with cinder blocks and a manager pushed it to the front and then to my car where he unloaded it for me.

Overall good store just has a little bit more than they can handle product availability is OK I guess needs a lot of information on that maybe they should pay their employees more because I didn’t get very much help everywhere I went, However the Customer service associate DREW was awesome . Every time !

Of course I recommend it since this is the only HD I shop - store employees should be a bit friendlier and helpful as should the customer service females.

Week by week more and more cardboard displays block the aisles. It is very aggravating stumble over shoddy cardboard stands only to find nearly empty shelves in the tool box section
