Hands-down, this is by far the best Home Depot I have ever been to. The PRO Desk here is clearly one of the staple attractions. But it doesn’t stop there, Today, one of the employees actually took me to five separate areas to fill an order and he knew exactly where the items were that I needed in each one of those areas. I was completely blown away. That’s the way home improvement store should be.

If you're expecting things to cost what they're marked, go somewhere else. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, go somewhere else. If you like to over pay and be treated like garbage, this is your place to shop!

Horrible delivery service. Delivery people refused to place door hinges on opposite side of door, as promised by sales person. They told us we have to contact an LG tech to get help with that. Delivery people did not even bother to ask if the appliance was working properly before leaving. Their service was horrible.

Great customer service experience in the paint dept.

I went to get somedecorative rocks for an ongoing project. The price beat all other local vendors. The employees are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a regular top onm my visits to Lufkin.

Nobody is perfect, an employee made a mistake and pulled the wrong product (It happens). I had completed the purchase and noticed the error when I loaded it in my truck. The employees did an excellent job of correcting the issue with very little difficulty on my part. They focused on correcting the error and minimizing my inconvenience rather than trying to make excuses or make me feel better at the expense of efficiency. This is the way it should be done. Thank you.

I appreciate the customer service from Home Depot representatives. When I entered the store, I was given advice to visit the local A&M Agriculture Center. I got advice and returned to Home Depot where I was assisted in getting my products. Customer service was excellent!

I find Hone Depot the best place in Lufkin to shop for all my building/remodeling and garden needs. My father-in-law always shopped here and my husband and I will also. Check them out people! You will love the experience and friendly help!

The Lufkin Home Depot store is a great place to shop. I have used them for in home installing on products as well as buying many items from them. The store is always well stocked, neat and clean. The employees are very helpful, friendly and most of them are knowledgeable about the products you are looking for. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. Their prices are very reasonable compared to any other home improvement stores.

I was not greeted, was not asked if i needed assistance...and my check out clerk was myself. I was polite and helpful to myself. I would like to know when I will be receiving my bonus reward for my checking skills. I do believe i have passed your customer service tests... so let me know when i can start my parttime/full time employment. I am flexible and have more personality than the current employees who look constipated in your store in Lufkin TX.

They had the "Shark Bite" connections I needed for a plumbing repair - young man stopped to hep another customer and me - I later saw that he'd been on his way to punch-out - it would have been easy to do that first. An employee in Lawn and garden saw me looking at topsoil and recommended that I purchase from a stack out front to prevent "double-loading" the product. The cashier and out front employees went out of their way to help. Great service - typical of this location, yet still outstanding.

Mgmt need to quit worrying about bonus' put associates on the clock and start training the employees in their dptm and staff the store with trained employees. I would have spent more money if someone had been there to answer my questions.

The store is invariably clean and well stocked. The employees are phenomenally helpful and courteous. They offer assistance and are attentive to potential needs of shoppers (e.g. addressing "lost" looks and physical challenges that require assistance).

It always comes down to people: the employees consistently offer assistance in a manner that suggests sincerity of interest. Kristen, who was in charge of self-check-out, made the experience what it should be: self-servcie but with an expert handy. The staff at the Lufkin HD have yet to let me down in the past several years I've lived in the area. I'm looking forward to working with them on my next set of projects - the floor emloyees consistenly provide useful and relevant input on DIY projects.

We LOVE shopping at our Lufkin Home Depot. We basically haunt this place being single women who do a LOT of projects in and around our homes. The associates are always so friendly and helpful, the store is so well organized and clean. We just enjoy our expeditions to our Do It Yourself Store and I have taken classes at the Porter store before I moved here. Thank you for helping us get our stuff done!

My closest retailer did not have certain items so this time we'd thought Home Depot would have the items on the shelf, and they did. There has been a drastic improvement at this location in that we were waited on 3 times during our shopping spree. This is the first time I remember there was actually salespeople on the floor reaching out and extending themselves to assist their customers. Compliments to management!

Associates told me I could purchase an appliance and pick it up in store, even though the website said store pick-up was unavailable. I informed the associate that the website said this, but was told that they could get it delivered to the store. They wanted the sale, but did not take care to ensure that store pick-up was set up properly. Customer service was unwilling to offer any assistance other than give me the 1-800 number to the home depot warehouse.

Very friendly and helpful staff at this store. Time and time again, it’s always pleasant to shop there. Thank you to all involved.

I shop @ the Lufkin store because it is always clean, products are well stocked & employees are helpful.

Two employees assisted my brother with his purchase. It required additional wrapping to ride in the open bed of his pick-up, so they bundled it, made the process efficient, and matched their speed to the speed of his purchase process so that there was no wait for the additional service. They took off to help other customers before we could get their names. The Cashier who served me, "Kristen, helped me juggle some fragile items and supplied a box to protect them. Typical of Home Depot, Lufkin.

I'd recommend it yes but i wouldn't recommend buying large appliances. customer service was terrible. I paid for installation of a laundry center. It wasn't installed right. Had to call and make appointments several times because they didnt file the reports right. The brand new laundry center was defective too. Customer service lady said they could replace it but I'd have to install it myself. Really? That's why i paid for installation! I was being punished for their mistakes. So we ended up returning it. I really had high expectations. Too bad.
