Cathy was very friendly and helpful and she help to pick up the right product for my lawn. Very knowledgeable I wish all the employees were happy to work with the public like her.I always make sure to see the name tag .Because sometime good employees needs to know how great jobs they are doing for a big company like The home Depot 10 star for Cathy. I was shopping at 4PM 5/02/21.

One of the better stocked hardware stores in the metro Detroit area. I have found items at this location that are not carried at other HD's in the area at all. It does not seem to be any larger or special in any way - except the employees and stock seem to be managed better. The Eastland store (for example) is awful. Unmotivated employees and messy.

The employees working there were just about no help, and weren't wearing masks. After finally waiting 40 minutes to get help, the person who was suppose to load my item into my car said to his helper "We have to move his s*** out of the way" and threw around specialized pieces of equipment that were expensive, all while I was right there. Then looked at me when he went to load the item and said "You just gunna stand there??" If you get a loader named Tim, you should probably ask for someone else.

Terrible service in the garden department today. The manager in that area was very short with other customers (probably because so many of us senior citizens needed help). Had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to load 2 cars. To that, no one ever showed up! Another customer grabbed an employee walking by and asked if he'd help us. His response was, "I guess". If you can do it all by yourself then, by all means, go for it! If you need assistance with lifting or carrying , well, best of luck to you.

The only place I go for tools and hardware, most other places are lacking in selection and help around the store, not this place. There is someone one every corner to help out if I need anything.

The sales personell was great and the store was well stocked and clean!

I had two goals for this visit, to return items excess to job needs, and to buy some gutter materials. The return went well, although having to show my drivers license for ID seems new. That part went well, but the profile of gutter stock that I want is not available here, only the kind exactly like everybody else has, which is what I really do not want. I was able to get answers in the equipment rental section, that peron was able to give clear answer easy to understand..

The sales associates are so friendly and helpful. What a great experience!

You use this location to train other locations how to be professional courtesy and how treat customers. Because other locations do not exhibit good customer service. Maybe you. should have Lakeisha do the. training and Miyona train the cashiers to be couresty.

Excellent, clean store with premium service, definitely recommend others to visit and save money.

Tonya at checkout up front was very hopeful and a great listener concerning my needs,she was also good at expedient check out process as well! Also wanna give aKudos to Josh in harden area for jumping in helping out when I couldn't find anyone to help when 1st arriving at the store, I had to actually head near garden to flag him down. Thank you both for excellent customer service.....KUDOS

On this visit, even though one of the items I wanted was not a stocked item, that information was available quickly and clearly, and in a friendly manner, from the associate that I asked. So I did not need to waste any time looking for something not available. At another nearby store nobody would talk to me. And when I did need additional advice I got it right away, along with a useful reminder to be sure that what I wanted was the type of smoke alarm that I needed. The large selection of AC powered alarms is new to me, so the advice was appropriate.

This visit I was looking for two different items. I got help and found the first item very well. The second item was for a client who wanted a very specific type of LED light fixture. Unfortunately there was only one of them in stock, and since the project requires 4, she only purchased one of the substitutes to see if it will give enough light. Other than that issue our visit was a shopping success, thanks to several associates being able to help us find items.

I JUST WANTED TO THANK KOURTNEY AGAIN FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!

I was in a hurry to get the conduit fittings that I needed for a job, and they were right there on the shelf in adequate quantities.. Although the store had a lot of folks shopping the checkout went fast because they have two associates pointing customers to checkout stations as fast as they open. THAT works out very well.

I had an issue with an online order and the staff here took responsibility for the mistake even though it was not their fault. I called in and spoke to Chris first to explain my issue. He listened to everything I said and was very helpful in getting the correct order ready for me to pick up the following day. He spoke with Mark in the Garden dept and had Mark hand pull my item and out to the side for me. When I arrived the next day I spoke to Emily and gave her a recap of what was going on. She got my order right away and even had the team load it in my car. Michelle is the return department helped me as well. Mark, Emily, Chris and Michelle here really know how to take care of their customers!

Once again the visit went very well. I had items from different jobs to return and when I walked in the door there was NO LINE AT ALL for the customer service department. The store associate greeted me with a smile, and doing the returns of items on three different receipts, it took LESS THAN TWO MINUTES to complete the process! Then I was on my way to breakfast!

This visit was to buy a replacement bathroom sink faucet and return one that I had purchased yesterday that my wife did not like. I am very impressed by the high prices for many of the possible choices, I did find one that should be OK. Although the store was quite busy, checkout was quite rapid because there are two associates directing shoppers to open checkout positions. THAT makes checking out go much faster. AND having my Home Depot card means that I can use any of the checkouts instead of waiting for a cash-only one. That makes checkout faster.

This Home Depot always have everything we need. Madison Heights Home Depot "ROCK"!

Today I was shopping for ceramic wall tile to cover an area of a wall where there is no tile. The selection is huge but nothing matched or was even the same size. But the associate in the tile section did answer my questions with useful information. So I did learn a bit.

The store was busy but employees were friendly and items were fairly easy to find.

If your a Vet. check before you buy if you get a discount or not on it.

This store is convenient and fully stocked

Even when the large parking lot is rather full there do not seem to be jam-ups in the store. And this was at noon on a Saturday. The product that I wanted was refrigerator light bulbs and there were quite a few choices, including exactly the ones that I wanted. The checkout line moved very rapidly thanks to an associate serving as a spotter for empty checkout positions, making the line move so fast.

I've been to many different home depot's but this by far is my favorite for it's helpful staff and for it being well organized. I've been a returning customer for 8 years and this store should be the standard example of what a home depot should be.

Today I had two things to achieve, first, return some plumbing items that were not needed. That part went perfectly, * AM is a good time with no lines for Customer Service. Second, I was going to buy 4 sheets of white FRP wall covering. The website claimed there were 100 in stock, so I thought that I would be able to get the 4 that I needed. WRONG!! The shelf was empty except for one slightly imperfect sheet. So I was out of luck on the materials for the rush project today. Other that this one disappointment the store has always had everything that I need.

Although I do recommend this store, today I found that customers had messed up the bins in the 2 inch plastic fittings part of the plumbing department. All the items I needed for a big project were in stock, but finding them took longer that I liked. I still prefer to shop in person because sometimes I see a product that does the job better than what I wanted originally. Also, for items in stock in the store, in person shopping is much faster than ordering the things on-line. At least that has been my experience so far. And, when I visit the store myself, I can also check the clearance section for some great deals. I have not seen that option on line yet.
