MAYT, in lumber, was diligent in helping me sort through a large collection of cull wood for my project. He was VERY patient and helpful in helping me pick out what I needed. AMARI, at the register, was exceptionally patient and helpful as we had a LARGE and complicated collection of cull wood to price and process! JENIFER (Mgr.) Was VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT to assist us on pricing at checkout. I love Home Depot. I don't buy anywhere else and THIS IS MY STORE!!! I've already been back for more full priced lumber for my project. Madison HD is my GO TO!!!!

Employees at this store are cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and spacious. A great place to shop.

I came to the store late in the afternoon on a Sunday. Kimia and her fellow attendants were most gracious and helpful. the cashier, Pierre, made checkout a very pleasant experience with his smile and friendly demeanor.

Excellent customer service!

Employees are willing to help and very attentive in communication. A very positive experience in the store. I will return when the need arrises.

I had a great experience at my Home Depot. The store was neat, the employees were friendly and available for assistance. I found what I was looking for and an employee answered my many questions. I'm coming back.

Some products lacking/empty. Store continually does not have readily available help in the departments. Loading generally seems to be "shorthanded." Aisles seemed to have some debris on floors. Self checkout either needs to take cash or store needs to have more readily accessible cash registers open.

Juanita my cashier went out of her way to Please , she is an asset to Home Depot. Kudos to your Madison, tn. store !

Do NOT go through cashier MELODY!!! She will trick you into opening an account. I told her I didn’t want to open an account yet because i was pressed for time. My dad was buying a lawn mower for me and was going to put it on his account. I was going to go the following day and purchase a weed eater and open the account then. She still opened up an account for me and told us we could transfer the purchase over phone, which turned out to be completely FALSE. My dad is now across the country so now I’m stuck with $400 On an open Home Depot credit card. It now appears Melody just wanted to say whatever to get her commission or whatever bonus she received for opening a customer Home Depot account.

Jennifer was extraordinarily helpful with checking out considering an item price discrepancy she had to solve. Jenn went above,& beyond my expectations to fix another associates screwups. Also, there was a red-headed woman working the self checkout who was very friendly and helpful. HD staffs' attitude & customer service has surprisingly improved during the BS Covid "crisis".

The people here are very helpful, from Kimia up front by the registers, to paint and electrical. Each person I dealt with was great.

BE AWARE that if you make a purchase online that is damaged in transit this store will not assist in resolving your issue.

Store is very clean all things considering. My only complaint is that they allow dogs on leashes to be brought in store. I understand service animals but they have several dogs in there everytime that are clearly not service animals.I love dogs but I feel this is unclean

Kristin was awesome with her assistance and knowledge of the store. I walked in, I was greeted by her and told the exact location of the item I came to purchase. Andrew saw me attempting to reach items from a tall shelf and came right over to assist me. I felt like a valued customer the moment walked in. Thank you Kristin and Andrew! I haven't met no one that will not help me or get me some help. They tell customers they will be right with as soon as they finish this person good acknowledgement!!!!!

The staff is always nice and helpful. Shout out to Trina who helped with securing a concrete bag that ripped.. And to guy who helped me with my paint order. Although he works in flooring, he stepped in to mix my paint anyways. Thanks, Michelle

Excellent customer service by Kim one of the managers. Store is clean and employees are knowledgeable. My business spend hundreds of thousands of dollars here for a reason and as long as their is people like Kim working their, I will continue to shop here. 10/10

This store is the best! I had no problem finding someone to help me. Aaron was great and helped me with everything I needed. The prices are good and I found everything I needed. The staff are so very helpful and polite. I get all my home improvement needs from this store.
