Great Store, where you could get all stuff for the home improvement.

Friendly and courteous staff to help the customers at any time of the day. Thankful for that.

Swati is a welcomed customer service rep. great personality. Store could be less cluttered. Larger and more diverse selection of stock. Higher quality level of tools.

It was a Saturday morning and was full of customers. The store was neat, there were enough sales people on the floor to ask for help if needed, which I did, 3 times!. The staff was courteous and friendly. Also, the store was neat and orderly.

Parking lot always full of carts. Store needs more light inside. Store needs lighter colors to brighten it up always looks like a darkened warehouse, not a store. Never enough people working who knows what they are talking about. Many times I have been given eather I don't know or the wrong info. The plumbing department has people who know what they are talking about. But hard to find them. I have a home depot card, and like to shop at home dept. But would like to find some of the above fixed. Thank You

The staff needs to be trained to help customers. I had to wait for 15 mins to get lumber cut. I did not end up buying as I couldn't wait any longer. I went to the home depot near my house in Parsipanny and was done in 5 mins.

GREAT STORE

The Mahwah Home Depot always has the products I need for my home improvement projects. The store associates are always available and happy to assist whenever I have a question. I always feel confident about my shopping experience whenever I need to go to this location.

I had carpet installed. They left 4 doors off of their hinges and a note - 4 DOORS NEED TO BE SHAVED AT THE BOTTOM THANKS IN ADVANCE. I called and they agreed to install the doors for another $30 a piece. Then I see an electronic receipt in my inbox for $733 with $526 held on the card. I have been on the phone trying to speak with someone for a very long time. This is terrible service.

The Store Manager Angelo was very friendly and helpful. It is also good to see a Store Manager working with his associates in loading products, interacting with customers, and driving a friendly work environment.

Home Depot seems determined to make the shopping experience as difficult as possible.

This is the one Home Depot store I visit where everyone will try to answer your questions or take you to the right person to answer them! In other stores, my experience is they tell you where to go to get help.

was on my way in to find one little lightbulb. It was the beginning of the week and was having a rough day. Jennifer came up to me and asked if I needed help. She was funny with a witty sense of humor. Really brightened up my day. She brought me over to self check out where I had some trouble with the machine. Your cashier Nicole asked if I needed assistance. She was completely sweet and kind. Both of them were absolutely wonderful!!! I hope you give awards or raises for customer service like that.

I went in to look for parts to fix my leaky bathroom faucet. I wish I had the gents name who helped me. He asked a few questions and went and got the Delta part for me and suggested the faucet grease. Who knew? I went home and in 10 min. I had the faucet working perfectly! Next time I am in the store I have to look for him to thank him again!!

Once Sears Hardware closed up in Midland Park, I've had to go to the Mahwah HD for everything large and small...and they have it all. Just have to remember to ask where everything is at the service desk so that this handicapped person doesn't have to roam the aisles aimlessly. The general directory at the entrance is not detailed enough for me. Secondly, the handicapped spots seem to be a 'walk' from the exit, where getting back to your car or van is more cumbersome with items that you purchased, in a cart or carriage.

The store was out of stock on the items I needed and the workers were too busy talking with each other to assist me. The cashier was surly and seemed to not be interested in doing her job.

Every time I come to the store the employees are more friendly and helpful.

I was offered help from the time I walked into the store. I then was asked if I needed help loading my truck. Over all great friendly service.
