been doing some pumbing work at my condo soon will be replacing my eletric boiler and will get all my parts at the home depot yes baby

I purchased a garage door opener with installation and 7 days later I have not heard when it will be installed after contacting Home Depot and the installation company

I observed Charles being very gracious to the gentleman in front of me at returns. He was equally as gracious to me.

Sales representatives are very friendly.

I was having a hard time locating some weatherstripping tape that I had seen on line. One of the supervisors looked it up for me and located it on an end cap that I had walked right by (LOL!) on my way to where most of the weatherstripping materials are located. He then walked me right to the display. Very helpful!

Gary and Ricky/Rich went above and beyond to help me. I am more than satisfied

This home depot is forcing the use of self checkout by not having csr on duty to run a register.. It's not a customer's job to ring out your product. You want to be a big box retail outlet then out staff on to do the job instead of forcing your customers to do a job they do not like to do or if u r doing this then give the customer a percentage off the sale for being one of your employees for that time frame.

I went into Home Depot to buy a refrigerator asked for help in the appliance department and was told no one is working over there. So I had to pick up Vissani fridge by myself 7.1 cu.ft and load on cart. I go to check out and the employee starts scanning and goes to check out I ask to use my pro extra ID employee told me it’s to late and she she has nothing for me. So I go to customer service and the same employee follows me there. Only I was down with customer service I asked for help loading it in my car. The say the called someone, I wait no one came so finally they tell me they are at self check out. I wait there no one comes so I wait out for the no one comes. I went back in the store for help Roberta starts yelling in pointing in my face that the store is closed, I was try to explain that I still needed help she didn’t want to hear it, so I spoke to another employee for help. This is the Second time this has happened to me in Manchester Home Depot, first time with my 2 yr old daughter. The store employee pretty much holds me hostage In the store with my daughter blocking the exits. I don’t know if is the way Home Depot trains, it’s employees.

never have i had such a poor experience at a home depot. noone cares about doing their job, people are lazy unmotivated and don't listen! Rich the Manager was a good dude

I shop often at this Home Depot and they always have what I’m looking for.

As a woman I hate going to Home Depot. However, I had the most fun experience with the cashier there, Maria. We discovered we were the same age and exchanged a few stories. And not once did she mention a hammer or nail, LOL overall the store is super friendly and everyone there is so helpful.

Was going to self checkout and an employee told me she would check me out. She was upbeat and friendly!

This store needs to stop allowing their employees to literally leave shopping carts of dripping garbage in there isles. You really expect customers to have to step through that in order to shop?

I’m a regular and avid purchaser at Homedepot, and have always been made to feel welcome as a customer. It truly is a Home from Home when the staff are so friendly and genuinely happy to be of help. As a DIYer the very feeling of wandering the aisles of goodies brings a feeling of well-being. I can’t remember the last time I left shopping at Homedepot with something other than what I set out to buy. Other stores don’t seem to have that something HD has. So I’ll be back.

Even thought the store was packed the sales associate showed kindness and patients by taking the time to make sure I found what I was looking for.

At this store you usually get quick service if you need it. People are usually friendly and make every attempt to get your questions answered quickly or to help you find the thing you are looking for.

I’ve been a Home Depot customer for years now, my latest interaction at the store proved to be exemplary, incredibly helpful and friendly staff I will certainly return again

I wanted to get a power tool. The endcap display was empty but I found one in the overstock area, high above my head. I located an employee and pointed it out. He went to find someone that could drive the aisle picker. He returned a few times saying he couldn't find anyone. Finally after about 15 minutes, I left.

Had the pleasure in getting help from Rahana and she was very kind and helpful with my purchase!!!

Very helpful employee in the plumbing section. He’s been there forever and always great New cashier, Angela is full of complaints and insults. The woman needs some training in how to treat a customer. She did something wrong on the register and became flustered and decided it was appropriate to say it was my fault as I’m not a pro. She repeated this 7 times. All because I pressed the email my receipt option. If you’re having that bad a day Angela, stay home.

Always empty shelves with no employees scheduled at night to help anyone. Have to wait 20 minutes ti find someone to bring stuff down from their overheads because you don't schedule anyone to stock your shelves.

Staff at pro desk is hands down best
