It took 4 refrigerators and a call from me to corporate to get the right make and model undamaged into my home. After the right refrigerator arrived and installed a 5th refrigerator was brought to my home. Each time a new refrigerator was delivered my Home Depot credit card was charged. It will take 2 to 3 months for Home Depot to stop sending me incorrect bills. After the 3rd delivery I was told by the salesperson that I might have to be satisfied with the the wrong model because Home Depot felt they had done too much; the manage was to make a decision later that day. That was when I got in touch with corporate and everything got straightened out. I do not recommend purchasing a large appliance from Home Depot.

If you want someone to help you...go to Dawn. She is the only one in the store that will give her assistance. A wonderful person and goes above her job description.

Home Depot #3004 is in a very convenient location just minutes from Manchester Road and very close to my home. It has all the necesary items that is needed for a home improvement project. Being a property manager taking care of the maintenance of rentals and personal home I shop at home depot almost every day. I rate this store highly because 99% of my needs are met by visiting this store and the one in South Kinhgshighway (Southtown Home depot)..

Great store that always has what I am looking for, provides great service and/or assistance. I am always greeted with a Welcome To Home Depot and depart with a Thank You For Shopping Home Depot. The store personnel make me feel right at home shopping there and they are very polite and personable. It is nice to feel appreciated and thanked not only for shopping but for being a Military Veteran

THe employees at this store are VERY helpful in advising me what I need for a project and then locating it for me. I am never disappointed with a visit there - I know they will go the extra mile to help me. Excellent staff!! I had an issue with a special order that came in badly damaged, (not this stores fault at all), and the store manager that evening named Clay took my issue very seriously and he went above and beyond his duty to make sure that I was completely happy and satisfied when I left the store that night. He resolved my problem promptly and made everything right for me. The refund process went smoothly and reordering a new product to replace the damaged product was done in a very friendly and professional manner. Clay is an outstanding manager and a great asset to this Home Depot store!!

Anyone looking to buy a new appliance you must see Kathy! She has had more than 30 years experience with all kinds of appliances and is very knowledgeable and professional. She will work hard to get you what you're looking for and get you the best deal also. This store is worth going to for appliances, they always have a very large selection to choose from.

This store seems to do a better job in providing personalized service than other Home Depots where I shop.

I received great service from Dawn when I returned and replaced a product. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gave great service. Over the years she helped me several times and it's good to go back to people that recognize you and are always helpful. Dawn is certainly one of them.

I can find everything I look for in one location

This is the best Hardware store without question. Although, there are two hardware stores closer to me, I always head for this Manchester Store. Your personnel are the very best. Experts at what they do. Your manager is top notch. My wife says that my ultimate dream would be to working here. She even says that if I worked here, I'd never come home except for meals.
