I live about 3 blocks away from this location and visit pretty often.. tonight I went in to buy plants and herbs for my work rooftop. I recently strained my back so couldn’t really carry anything but the girl at the front desk I believe her name was Luna was amazing!!!! She helped me pick out everything I needed and was quick and made my shopping experience that much more enjoyable . Thank you Luna, you were so sweet. As someone who works in retail , quick and efficient service is all I’m looking for. Thank you again.

Home Depot smells like Christmas, and OMG my new Poinsietta Plant is warming my home for the Holidays; i only wish they had extended Holiday shopoing hours

I was buying moving boxes and I expected to struggle carrying them home on the subway, however because the guys wrapping the products did a GREAT job I did not have to struggle! Every employee was friendly and knowledgeable but they really made my trip great.

Garden Center at Home Depot was fantastic. Very helpful and enthusiastic. Answered all my questions no matter how small or trivial. Staff member really cared about providing great service

The customer service is poor. Lots of employees standing around looking at their phones, talking with each other, but many not working.

I bought a single item in the bath department and was treated poorly by the sales rep. I still don't have the item and now the store is saying they cannot track it between Pennsylvania and NYC. It has been ten days now.

The cashier who assisted me, Alexis, was indeed very accommodating Kaye made the shopping experience more pleasant and cheerful. Keep up the good work guys

I stop by here very frequently and I think it's so cool that it is a full-size Home Depot, but all underground (as is perfectly normal in NYC). The employees are so helpful and it is a great store to go into with a list and a mission, or to wander around and shop with your eyes.

Good purchase really easy to set up

I was scheduled for a measure, fast process and very exited to see the results.

The store is very well maintained. It is very pristine clean, and carries all sorts of disinfectants and laundry detergents or house supplies you will need.

I always find all I need for my home in this store.

It's a pleasure to go there so much to see and buy. Every time I go there for a certain product they have it.

I came in to the store 59 st HD. Place an order of square cabinets knob online. I got my item delivered successfully and definitely faster than I expected.

We have visited the 59th Street store multiple times in the past week or so. We have noticed a great improvement in the staff recently! We have been very impressed with the expert, helpful assistance we have received from the salespeople: Ana K (bathroom fixtures), John O (lighting), Teana (tiles), Ty (ladders/paint), and cashiers Josee and Destiny, to name a few.

The staff was very attentive and quick and gave me white glove service, they were very nice to me and bent over backwards to help me find all the products I needed.

Allow me to exult the attributes of Mr. David Ortiz’s friendliness, efficiency and willingness to assist me in my shopping experiences. It is a pleasure to deal with a product knowledgeable person in addition to go the extra mile in making sure all your needs are met.

Don’t shop here. Some of the employees are very rude.
