The cashier claimed my "coupon" had already been used. Since I'd printed it from HD's email, and brought it with, I knew it wasn't USED. But no satisfaction from ProDesk either. Now I won't be influenced to shop at HD by their coupons, that's only a come on.

I have been shopping the Marathon Home Depot for a few years now. The store is very easy to navigate and the employees are always happy to help with anything 🙂

Some employees are just outstanding. Zac at the Marathon Home Depot is one of them.

I lost one of my house keys (rental) went to see if they had the same model and brand in store to make a new key. At the key station they did not have the correct key and employee asked me do I need help and I said no you don’t have my key here that I need I need a specific type, so then she takes my key and I’m thinking she’s going to look at it to look at inventory instead, she sticks it in the minute key brass key machine and now I’m forced to pay for a key that I can’t really use

I visited the Home Depot in Marathon, FL because I had a leaky water faucet in the master bathroom. I needed specific parts for the job and I brought the old, defective parts to hopefully match and replace them. Employee "Carol" went above and beyond and assisted me in finding the exact parts I needed, while explaining what I had to do. When I got back home, I fixed the plumbing issue in a matter of minutes. Thank you, Carol, for being so kind and helpful, and "right on" with your advice!

I went looking for an item I saw in stock but couldn’t find. An employee went out of his way to search with me, including going up on a ladder and cutting open boxes to find it.

Both of these wonderful souls were kind, courteous and accommodating! They made it a real pleasure to do business with Home Depot! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We live much closer to the Florida City Home Depot, but the negative experiences we have had there are horrible. The extra drive to Marathon is well worth the time.

Although this Home Depot is a large Box store-it has the feel of small town store friendlyness and helpfulness

After multiple visits to the paint department, I finally ran into a very friendly and attentive associate that helped me promptly and efficiently. I realized on my next visit, where he also attended me quickly in the lawn care area, that he was a manager of the store. I was not surprised to this news. Angel didn’t miss a beat when it came to customer service, knowledge of the store and sales expertise. He was even helping an elderly couple with a flat tire on another one of my many visits. We are very fortunate to have someone like this in our local Marathon store.

They’re great! From the front of the house to the back and all points inbetween. Heck they’ll even put your sunglasses back on your head when your arms are full and you’re headed out the door! Always smiling and happy! Eager to help.

I visit this store weekly and the staff is getting to know my face. Everyone always says HI I love the small town feel.

We are re-modeling our kitchen which is exciting and stressful all at the same time. Ray was great! The whole family came in and she was patent and friendly. She gave us options and really helped us come in on budget. In a world where customer service is lacking, Ray was a beacon of hope! I normally shop at the Key West HD, but I was up in Marathon for an event and was amazed at how much bigger the Marathon store is! If I lived closer to Marathon, I'd shop there regularly, but the Key West store is much closer.

I have shopped here for over 12 years. I can't remember ever having A problem I have bought A electric dryer today dishwasher in the past, flouring, landscaping and miscellaneous items.
