The overall experience is the same. I received outstanding customer service from Armando in the lighting department on Monday, December 10, 2018 during my shopping experience. He went way above what I would expected from a store the size of Home Depot. He also made sure several other customers shopping were taken care of in a timely mannner. Armando was outstanding. Kudos to Armando in the lighting department.

The young lady who takes care of the Electrical section, is very friendly and knows her product. In addition I misplaced my phone and she was attentive to my need to find it. I was impressed. Her name is Kathy

The store was junky and they had an employee outside in the cold and rain.

Assistant manager is very rude and doesn't try and resolve any issues. Always a long wait at the paint counter due to understaffing. It's no wonder employees are rude. They're overwhelmed and deal with a rude manager. Rather drive the extra mileage to another store just for the service!

Found everything I needed oh and I forgot to mention that I love to look at the tools and power equipment.
