Husband and I both needed assistance on obtaining a product that we didn’t see on the shelf. We wasn’t made to feel like a bother when we asked for help. We were asked by multiple team members if we needed help, while waiting for the other team member to grab all the safety measures they take to bring items down and clear the aisles.

Behind picking up items that are in stock this Home Depot is useless for anything else. Nobody can figure out what they’re doing

We bought a beautiful patio set, and the men that helped us were so professional and so helpful. Can’t wait to put it together.

I purchased 4 gallons of paint in the past several weeks at the Broomall HD and the staff in the Paint department took care of my orders quickly and professionally. A nice experience.

Bill was an amazing worker in the paint department of the Home Depot on Sproul Road in MARPLE PA! He made my experience into using paint for my project. A delight! He was helpful. He was friendly and he helped me make the best decisions for my project! I hope there are more workers who work as eagerly and willingly to help customers to accomplish their painting goals. Please reward your excellent employees and let them know you appreciate them in some small way, and please let Bill know that the paint lady who brought the three primary colors said these wonderful things about him and I mean everyone of them.

Sam & Michael (paint), Norm (Hardware) & Nasire (lumber) Norm told me how to restore the rusted decorative antique hinges that were irreplaceable. Norm know everything. He's a nice guy to know! Michael made several suggestions, including how to match the exact paint color by putting a sample paint into the machine. Sam found everything I needed, including contact cement (i was surprised he knew exactly what I was looking for)! Sam signed me up for a rewards program!! The rewards program was able to store the exact colors of my paint I purchased. Nasire knows lumber, math, has great ideas & has outstanding customer service skills.

In a time when stores are moving towards self checkouts, Marva at this Home Depot showed how invaluable good customer service is and how it can change one’s opinion of an entire store and shopping experience. She was kind and helpful not only to me but my kids as well. I hope more people like Marva are hired everywhere.

The woman Jeannette in the garden center was one of the most pleasant person/employee. Went above and beyond for our needs. All smiles and so kind!

I came into Home Depot and I needed 40 keys made… which is a lot I know. There was a young man named deshean who helped me make every key. He saw me at the “self serve” machine making the keys and offered to make them for me even though I told him it was 40 copies I needed! I was very happy with his service because there was another man there that completely ignored me seeing me struggle with the key machine. So I wanted to thank deshean publicly for his help. That mean a lot to a lil old lady like me

The home depot in bromall is lovely and very well ran. Theres a employee named "Deshean" .. he is a pleasant and great young man. he deserves a promotion!
