THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I ENJOYED MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING. I ORDERED A DOOR AND LAKESSA WAS THE BEST I ENJOYED HER SMILES AND PATIENCE WITH ME AND MY FAMILY, NEVER MET ANYONE SO NICE AND PLEASANT.

Meghean Alvarez approached us in appliances. She introduced herself and welcomed us to home depot. She said she would give us some time to walk the showroom and she showed us where she would be when we were ready. When my mom finally did pick one Meghean was exactly where she said she would be. The space she gave us to look was awesome and the help she gave us to finalize this transaction was phenomenal. She explained everything we needed to know. She was thorough, efficient and such a pleasant person to deal with. This first visit set the tone for my next two visits. I definitely will come back and let others know what a great store this is.

I have been to Maspeth 3 times already. I had the pleasure of dealing with John Lugo, Meghean Alvarez and Cassie. What a wonderful experience at this store. I am definitely making this my location to shop from. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the great customer service at this location. All 3 times I was approached by the employees and all of them wanted to help and made it a great experience. I used to go to Woodhaven but I usually have to hunt down an employee for help and the customer service is lacking at that location.

The staff and condition of this location was like being in an Upstate NY Home Depot. I was engaged by associates thru-out the store instead of being ignored bu associates. The condition and cleanliness was that of a newly put on line store. All shelves and bins were fully stocked and clearly marked. This is the Home Depot I want to frequent all the time .

I came here for a reliable steel shovel, which I did purchase. Carol assisted me and I greatly appreciate her help.

Not crowded. Good inventory. Only complaint is loading dock is difficult for trailers to back in which causes heavy traffic.enter from service road.

This is the Brand new store on Maurice Avenue. The store is super-clean, well-organized, and their staff members are extremely helpful. This will be our go-to Home Depot for now on.

As I entered the store I was greeted with welcome to homedepot. I was entering the chemical aisle, a associate by the name of John, he ask me if I need help looking for something, an I said yes. He helped me by leading me to the item(Pine sol) I was looking for. I was asking him a few questions about other items throughout the store, he was polite, professional, understanding & patient with me throughout the conversation. I thank him for his time and help. An I was on my way. As I strolled throughout the store I was greeted by other associates in some areas that I was in, they ask me if I needed any help and I said, no thank you I was just looking around. I felt welcome at this store, not like other homedepots that I've been at. Everything was great and they should keep up with the great service that I was approached with, while I was there. I ask an associate(Key tech) if he (I forgot his name) can make this kind of key & how much it would be. He said less see, then as the machine was accepting the key, the machine give me a price & I told him to continue an make the key. As the machine was making the key, I asked him if the machine makes all kind of keys, he said that I have to bring in the key to see if it was make able. I said ok, I will. Then the key was made, he give it to me, he was polite, professional and patient with me. I entered to pay my items, a friendly cashier name Selena ask me if I was ready to pay. I said yes, she ask if I was paying by card/cash & I said by card. As I paid for my items, she was polite & professional throughout my transaction. She ask me if I need any bags. I said no I don't I have my own. She took my basket that I was using for my items that I picked throughout the store. Selena noticed that I left an item in the basket, she asked me if I wanted it, I said yes it was my key to my home. I told her that was one of the reasons I was here at this homedepot and it was only 15-20 mins away from home. This is what I look for when I'm at a store... Thank you everyone for your great customer service, I do appreciate it and I hope you guys get awarded for it....
