This store is conveniently located in the southwest coast of Puerto Rico. I am amazed with the amount of items that I can find here and the staff is always ready to help you. Everything is easy to find and the store is always clean.

I buy a new tractor yesterday, I love it

For the kitchen remodeling, has great variety of sinks, garbage disposals & the extra needed equipment for the setup in one visit. Have been to other nearby hardware stores, they have very limited supplies & one place had outdated equipmemt..

We needed help through the store . Cristina Babilonia , your employee was great. She helped us with a great attitude and knowledge around the store . Also gave us the alternative to pay with the 6 months without interest! I give glued an A+

I have been very pleased at the Mayaguez, PR store, for the order and we’ll position and variety of good quality items found. I am exited to visit the store, always looking for several alternatives and many items to be found.As well as the very good attention of the employers to assist you. Specially on 2 ovations with online orders, I was greatly assisted by the employers making sure they would separate the item, so I would get the right one.. very patient and generous. Outstanding Custumer service.

Went over to buy a pump for a flooded room and recomendation for my budget where on target...did the job well and I am very happy

Great store, always stocked. Employees are always available to help. The only concern is that they have a huge fan that has not been working in the lumber area. Please fix it, it gets extremely hot while picking and paying for the lumber outside. The employees look very hot as well as the clients. Other than the fan, I love the store.

i bought some articles, a quick purshase i was looking for more but there was not in the inventary ... i walked a lot inside there ..... it was funny

It is a great store but sometimes it lacks merchandise. Their employees are GREAT! I love that. They always help and have a smile and try to provide options.

prices are excessively expensive compared to competition ... there are not enough staff to serve the public ...

I was treated so well by this great employee named Robert in flooring area! He even gave me a how to cut and apply quick tip to work on my project myself. Really satisfied with todays visit!

My experience in this store was fabulous and the employee was the difference.

Employees where very helpful at giving us a hand for the paint combination for our house, and the employee at the self checkout helped us with using our credit card for the first time and was very helpful and charismatic

I purchased the best Trimmer ever, from THD and every time I need a part for it, attachments, parts, oil, etc., Home Depot has it handy and at an excellent price. I have purchased parts and or accessories that I may not need at the time, such as long life batteries, etc., because of the excellent price. Normally I would buy on internet, but when it relates to hardware stuff, I go to The Home Deport first. thanks.

My wife wanted to try out these border lights for the front of our home. I brought them and we love them so much for their attractiveness and design that we went back the very next day to purchase another one " 6 for 19.95, great price.

The person working at doors and windows did not help; Yesterday, March 21, I went to buy a Meridian White Surface Mount Outswing Steel Security Door with Fine-grid Steel Mesh Screen. I asked for a white sealing Kit, and the employee said that the only available one was there at the rack; I showed him the Home Depot app that said there were nine available and the shelf was empty, but he said what you see is what you get. I left the store without buying what I was looking for, and I believe the merchandise was available.
