Bradford Rucker, Supervisor, Gray Beard, African American Male. When I tell you this man was extremely beautiful with his service! He was very attentive to the detail in my requests, he assisted me when other people were busy with other customers, and he also went over and beyond to assist me with my other questions in regards to other things I needed decision-making help with. In addition, not only was his customer service over and beyond he had a great conversational skills. Patient, thorough!

This store has excellent customer service. If you go between 7p-10p make sure and go see Steve and/or Mike in the Doors/Windows department.

Shopping at this Home Depot was a pleasure. They were well stocked and very welcoming. The parts they had online were actually available and easy to find. I was not disappointed.

I brought a John deer riding lawn mower it works as a champ , This mover was deliver to my house havn't had no problem's.

I can not say enough about the McDonough, GA store! The man greeting customers today was the BEST hype man ever!! Every single employee I spoke to went out of their way to help me make sure I had exactly what I needed to complete the projects I had on my list. The most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff I have encountered!! I am going back every time I need anything.

The Greeter at this Home Depot location is a retired military veteran, and he is one of the most polite and friendly persons I've ever met. He make the shopping experience at this location exceptional.

This lady named Jennifer helped me out made me smile Early in the morning and it made me happy for the rest of the day

This store has poor customer service. No one knows how to greet you or ask if you need any assistance. I’m no longer going to continue to come to this particular store. You would think that the area we live in, we would get better customer service, but not the case at the Mcdonough Home Depot. The lady Renata needs to be retrained again on how to acknowledge a customer when they come into the store. And not all the workers are bad. The ladies in the garden section are very friendly.

The McDonough Store has great prices and great inventory, the problem I had is with their debit card processing machines. I was charged $408.46 three times in a row by your credit card processing machine and the customer service desk continued to blame this charge on Wells Fargo Bank. Wells Fargo Bank Fraud Division stated this is a problem they are having with Home Depots machines... So my money is tied up for 2-14 business days while the fraud division has to prove I didn't do something?

If you want a store full of experts then this is your store. Joe will help you find exactly want you want. He is the older guy walking around the front of the store. You can't miss him.

Sale Cashier Jennifer was amazing.

The store itself was ok. People were fine. The problem is I have been there almost every weekend for a month looking for one product. A simple inexpensive gate latch. You advent had it this whole time. Was told it was at another store,they did not have it. I don't like shopping online, only use it for the most obscure items. Yet i got the product Im looking for on the way and will be here next day. Makes me mad to have to shop online for something so simple when I want to support my local stores and community. Very disappointed!!

PURCHASE A CORDLESS LAWN MOWER AND WAS NOT TOLD THAT IT WOULD COME WITHOUT THE BATTERIES NEEDED TO OPERATE THE LAWN MOWER. HAD TO PURCHASE A BATTERY SEPERATELY. THA IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

Overall, this is a decent store, but always busy! Even if you they to go before noon! I don't go far inside because of so many people, and I like my space, even before covid was around. Being around big crowds and lots of people makes me anxious. They were out of rakes and small personal garden bed shovels, also they had no terra cotta pots. I came for a personal small garden shovel, terra cotta pots, and a rake.

I found the products I was looking for, the associates were kind.

If you need something in the tool rental department go see Abby. She is the kindest and hardworking employee in this department. She is great at her job.

Extremely busy store, understandable so many products that are not at other Home Depot stores. Happy Shopping
