This is my "go to" Home Depot store. I just love the layout of the store, it's friendly associates and the great products they stock. And the location is convenient for me as well!!

Placed an order for flooring. Waited weeks for in-stock materials to arrive, had to reschedule installers as we thought we had everything. Installers came to install flooring and we were told we had the wrong materials to install the floor. Completed an purchase and refund via phone for the right materials, but it was incorrect. Every person we spoke with blamed someone else for the issues. Zero accountability on behalf of the store/employees. We had to leave messages for anyone to return our calls and no one was ever able to help us. So disappointed in the service from this store. Flooring did get installed and looks beautiful, but I’m still waiting on a correction with our refund.

I went to the Home Depot needing some blinds. Mr. Brandon Brown approached me and asked if we needed help. I told him I'd like to have the blinds cut. He was so kind and cut them to perfection. He didn't feel rushed or made me feel like I was bothering him. I went home and hung the blinds they were perfect! People like him definitely make this world a better place.

i went to the mckinney location for the first time and i was very happy when i left the customer service was awesome!!!!!

I was in need for a wet/ dry vac. I wasn't sure what size I needed for home use. I told the associate what I needed it for and the one he recommended worked great.

Gabe was fantastic. I praised him in the Survey so please reference. Gabe is an asset to your store. He was not just doing his job. He is a genuinely great person with fantastic customer service before, during and after the sale. He deserves some recognition. He was multi tasking and dealing with all times of situations yet everyone felt serviced and taken care of. He delegated and still put his personal touch on the service. Just fantastic.

I am in and out of home depot weekly. I have had assistance in nearly every department and have met the absolute kindest humans who work here as well as the location on N Custer. Professional, personable, genuinely KIND people who will not hesitate to go above and beyond.

Employee Americus went out of her way to help me locate product I needed. She even had to get large ladder to bring them down from racks up top. Great Job Americus

Everyone knows how awesome Home Depo is. They have it all, good products, good service, friendly employees, fast checkout...you name it, they got it.

Josh truly understands customer service and knows how to bring a less-than-favorable situation to a happy ending for both the customer and Home Depot. In a world of "me too" improvement stores and online shopping, this behavior - attitude - and expertise is what drives customer retention and satisfaction.

If you are getting tile or carpet, go see Reggie, he gets it right EVERY time! 5 Star Customer Service Always has a smile, even when most wouldn't and if you have a problem he apologized for the issue that was created by another associate and says let me fix that for you. Hands down, the BEST!

Convenient location and great staff!

My issue with this store is they water down the piles of mulch bags frequently - even though Homedepot.com specifically says NOT to water bags of mulch. Normally it's not that bad, but today each bag was so soaked they weighed 60 lbs each and the mulch dye released by their hosing stained my trunk. I've spent over $5,000 in Home Depot in the past few years, but I'll find another place for my garden needs.

Absolutely ZERO customer service. The employees will stand and watch while I load heavy items with my WIFE. No one will assist in loading heavy items in the truck unless you get on one knee and beg for them to come to the front. Every flat cart in the store will have merchandise on it... you will have to unload one before you have a flat cart. No one knows a thing about the store... they don't know where items are, or even what you are talking about. It's become laughable at best.

Customer service was abysmal! The Pomegranate trees in front of the store had no price posted. There was an associate near by so I asked the price? He said he didn't know and continued on his way. I carried the tree in to the garden center where I met a second associate. Same response, didn't know and continued on her way. Went to "Customer Service". Since I was not standing in the right place the associate pretended that she didn't see me? If you are not there for the customers, the why open your doors in the first place?

Great staff and very well stocked store!

Visited the McKinney store today (March 27) and COVID-19 protocols were not generally followed by many customers or entrance staff. About a third of the customers milling about had no masks on, and that made me feel very unsafe about this location. I will not be back until well after the pandemic has subsided given this.

This store is always clean and has what I need. The associates are all very friendly and help me with any questions I have.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. There was a good selection, but wished they would have had a few more tool cabinets in stock. The do need to stop putting the highly adhesive stickers on the tool cabinets. I spent an hour and still was not able to get the stickers and adhesive removed. Very frustrating. The store itself is very good.

Store had promotional signing up in flooring 15% off $2000 or more on tile when purchasing set materials. Our purchase was well over this amount. Associates were unable to figure out how to ring it up and manager on duty, Gabe, had to be called repeatedly before he showed up over half an hour later. Just the checkout took over an hour because of this issue and NO APOLOGY at all was offered. The signs are still up throughout the department too, so you may want to figure it out

Worst customer service ever I will never return to the store. Went to return a simple online item after calling the customer service desk and was told to return to store. Cashier named Bree worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever experienced she works in the customer service return line. She openly rolled her eyes was very rude and also almost broke the merchandise I was trying to return by shoving the cart into the sidewall. asked to call the manager she lied to me and told me she did after a 15 minute wait discovered she actually never called a manager myself and my husband had to search the store to find a manager to help us. Once at checkout they messed up both of my cards had to wait an additional 15 minutes to find a manager.

I went to this store to buy a water heater. I don't have a truck so I went to the rental center to rent a truck. There was 2 guys there that said all of the trucks were being used. When I parked, there was a flatbed and a van outside so I thought that was strange. The man said he would call me when a truck was available. He called later and said a truck was ready. It was the SAME flatbed that was there before! So I waited for an hour for a truck that was already there?!? Totally unacceptable!!! I just don't understand why TWO of your employees would tell me that there were no rental trucks available when there was a flatbed and a van in the lot! I had to drive back home, wait an hour and drive back. A 20 mile round trip! I have worked in retail for over 30 years and this was totally unacceptable!
