I bought m18 gen2 fuel impact

Needed single item in aisle which employee had blocked off. Asked if could grab it. “NO!”. Asked how long they would be. “WHEN I’M FINISHED!. When you need an item for a job site, time is money. Will not go to this Home Depot in future.

From garden products to various home improvement related products it more than suits us.

I was promptly greeted as I entered the store and greeted by every Home Depot associate I passed. As soon as I walked into the garden center I was asked how they could assist me. The product I was interested in was thoroughly explained to me and the heavy bag was loaded into my cart by the associate. The service I received was stellar during my visit.

The employees are always pleasant and helpful. I desperately needed assistance with regard to smoke detectors. The Assistant Manager, Chuck, was unbelievable! Thank you, Chuck for your kindness, patience and knowledge. Thanks to Laura, the cashier, for being so sweet and that lovely smile.

I will travel from Massillon to this store anytime, passing at least 3 other stores to get there

Last time (5 years ago) when I purchased kitchen countertops for another home the Home Depot offered a 10% veterans discount. This time there was none. Very disappointed.

I bought a very large Halloween decoration but the box would not fit into my car. Tom and Dean in rental went over and beyond to help me unbox and fit it in my car. I have also rented a truck from this location in the past and they are always beyond helpful and friendly. Mad props to Tom and Dean; these guys understand the meaning of customer service. I went into the paint department around 6 PM. There was a tall gentleman working in there that went out of his way to help me find a small quantity of wallpaper paste. His phone wasn’t pulling it up. He knew he had seen it so he went up to the computer at his desk, pulled it up, found it went back, got it and handed it to me. I definitely appreciated the help.

I purchased this Flush LED light Flaxmere 12" ,opened it and see it did not have an instruction sheet. The box looked like it had been resealed. Evidently it was not inspected before it was placed on the shelf. Also Home Depot did not have adequate inventory of this light in the nickel finish.
