The Meridian Home Depot is really a good store. The people make the difference; friendly and helpful! If you need to anything about plumbing, the team is great but Brian is awesome and has years of construction experience! Nola and the staff at the contractor's desk have helped me find everything I needed online too.

Employees are helpful, friendly, and seem to be quite knowledgeable about where things are. They are informed about the best way to make your purchase, should there be a discount or other offer. They are not pushy at all, just very informative. I always choose Home Depot over other similar stores.

Normally I will always find an employee to ask help from. Today I happened to meet one that was not only friendly and helpful but very knowledgeable. Dayna was able to show me to my items quickly while double checking they were the right ones with everything I needed them to be. It was a great visit.

Only one employee until now is not professional. She lied on her phone to her manager, without eye contact or communication to me for ten minutes,,,finally she threw me some personal judgement, e.g “I don’t like her”. I felt great his morning, but terrible this afternoon when I returned one item with her service. A couple of complaints have been filed. This is not the end of this terrible experience.

Personnel were knowledgeable and courteous and the store is logically set up so things are easily found. I worked with the door section and was very pleased with the result and all my questions were well answered

Excellent customer service. After a negative experience shopping at a competing home improvement store, I tried the Meridian Home Depot. The employees went above and beyond in securing a return visit from me! They gladly cut the wood I was purchasing, and even discussed my purchase with me before checking out. I'm a big fan! This has been my "to go to store" Always has everything i need and very nice customer service. I can not complain, most of my shopping has been very good. I have bought, indoor plants and they are doing great, i bought outdoor plants and they are doing awesome. I have bought rugs, paint and many other things, and i have been very pleased with quality and looking to keep coming to this store for years to come.

This store seems to be well stocked and has good customer service. Plus, today is my 38th wedding anniversary.

The associates at this Home Depot are exceptional. They provide the best customer service and they never disappoint when I return to this store.I don't spent hours looking around for what I am shopping for and they are always knowledgeable and friendly.

Help is always available, and even If I am just wandering around for the heck of it, at least one employee makes sure that I am finding what I want or that I don't need help. This store has greatly improved over several years back when I couldn't get help very easily.

This is our favorite Home Depot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Never have to wait long if assistance is required. Inventory is great.

Love this Home Depot, always have everything you need in stock and Multiple choices. Staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. We were looking for pergo for a home project, Bowyer in flooring is so knowledgeable, friendly and had great ideas and suggestions to help us start and finish our home project.

Great customer service. There was someone readily available in the lawnmower section to assist me. Bryan answered all of my questions and really helped guide me to find a mower that would best suit my needs.

Every projects requires at least 2 trips to Home Depot! This one in particular gave me great service, and each person I ran into either employees or cashiers gave me eye contact and they were light hearted and funny! They gave me a sense that I mattered and they took the the time to help me out with a great attitude. GOOD JOB! I am sure I'll be back for my 3rd trip for this project soon!
