"Pam" in appliances and her fellow colleagues in countertops are ALL extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful too. Product selection and one on one customer service regarding a specific product was invaluable.

Pam Reed in Appliances was absolutely fantastic! I went in to buy a washer and dryer set and she informed me of the common complaints for the washer. I asked her about another washer I had my eye on and she said that was the one she always recommends. She was super knowledgeable on all of the different machines and their reviews. I will make sure to go back to her for all of my appliance needs!

We have had so many people go out of there way to help us at this store. From Pam in appliances (she was fantastic) to Patrick who helped us with out online order. Also the cashiers are always so nice and welcoming. It is a pleasure to shop here

Store always neat, clean, and well-stocked. Plenty of parking. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop there.

This store is wonderful. The workers here are beyond helpful and friendly. They are always willing to do the extra mile to help you. I recently shopped here and was met by happy and friendly people as I entered the store. A gentleman that worked here helped me put the heavy bags of mulch right in the truck of my car and was lovely to talk to. He gave me his time and suggestions about next time shopping for heavy items and how they will always bring them to your car. The garden center is beautiful and the plant selection is amazing, not to mention the sales and prices can’t be beat. I love this store it’s my favorite place to shop for our home in Newport

The overall store is like any other. The people are not as friendly as any other. The Rental guy (chubby, older) is miserable, I overheard him on the phone with another customer and he was sighing and yelling at that customer and then telling the the customer he wasn't being rude. I just shook my head, laughed and couldn't get out of the store fast enough. This location is a detriment to all other Home Depot stores because its customer service is the poorest.

It feels like a family store when you walk in and the associates smile when they see you like they've been waiting for you to arrive. Everything is neat and organized in the store and most of the times you can find what you are looking for (except for a spouse who walked off in the opposite direction while you were looking at something else). Actually once someone asked may I help you find something and I said well I seem to have lost my wife so she asked for a description and located her for me, now that is what I call great customer service!

Always Helping!

Every time I go into the Middletown Store, someone greets me or is right there to help out. I don't even have to ask for help. I think it's the confused, I have no idea what I am looking for look on my face. If I don't know what I need, the staff will ask me questions to get to what I need but don't know the name of. Great morale in that store! Makes it a nice shopping environment. Thank you for great customer service!
