Home Depot has outstanding employees throughout this store and in the cashier line. They also stock a very large variety of products throughout the store.. The "business model" of this Home Depot is to have a positive welcoming attitude to all customers. An employee told me that about 80% of the people entering the store want to learn where a specific item is located in the store so the employees make a point of learning where items are located throughout the store, beyond their own department. You would be hard pressed to ask one of the employees in this HD location where a item is located and have them tell you that they didn't know!

This is my neighborhood Home Depot. If you are ever in need of plumbing advice - try to find Goke! He knows his stuff and has saved me on several occaisions! This store is always clean and the associates are responsive and helpful. Checkout is pretty smooth and I use the app a lot to find things easily.

The fact that this store has been open throughout the CoVid-19 Crisis has been wonderful. The employees continue to be friendly and helpful, while maintaining social distancing, and wearing masks. The shelves are neatly stocked with the cleaning equipment and materials needed to help us battle this crisis in our homes. My hat goes off to all the fine employees at this store. It will remain my personal favorite, and I recommend it to all my associates.

I drive out of my way to come to THIS Home Depot because of the great staff and great help you receive. This store is clean, well staffed and has a refreshing urban vibe to it!

Friendly and helpfull employees.

Several years ago, while going in and out of the store shopping for plant related items, while outside the store considering seedlings, I was approached by a tall, gangly, white guy, whom I assumed was the manager, took me for a shoplifter because I had items in my cart, from inside the store, out in the seedling area outside the store, that were not paid for, and was black. Mostly he haranged me. I was kind of shocked. While he was bugging me, dozens of white people could have been stealing him blind.

I had a great shopping experience today at the Home Depot. I encountered 3 employees while shopping, and all 3 were so helpful!!

The associates throughout the store were very friendly. While I was at the register, I saw one of the managers having a tough conversation with a woman who was trying to get him to only charge her $25 for a product that was very clearly over $60. She was being very rude and difficult and would not take no for an answer. A few other employees also explained the situation to her calmly. I thought it was wonderful how the manager handled her, and stood his ground. Bravo! Also I wish I got the cashier's name because she was lovely and patient. Thank you!

Busy store. Sometimes too busy, but such an assist to the community. I am there several times a week.

An excellent store with lots of items and great staff. Store manager Eric is excellent.

Two returns cashiers and 6 people in line, at the check outs the head cashier was rude towards me after I asked for their meet and beat price guarantee. Also the regular cashier didn’t know how to really operate the register. Back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s when I worked for HD, we had experienced, seasoned Frontend trainers that trained cashiers well before placing them in the floor.

Have shopped at this store for years and always get great service. There is a core of long term employees that are really good, knowledgeable, and helpful that I enjoy working with. Amanda from the Pro desk is awesome if you get a chance to work with her. They have what I need, provide help when I need it, and are always very nice. Keep up the good work.

Customer service Maraye was awesome !

I purchased a Toro lawn mower today. I needed assistance understanding the different products. Immediately 2 employees, Juliette and Amy came to assist me. I also asked questions about the ease of installation because I figured it would be difficult for me since I am not very handy. Travis then came over to assist and quickly installed the lawn mower handle and explained all of the features. This was an amazing experience. They all displayed exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond any of my expectations. Thank you Home Depot! :)

In my survey I stated that I would not likely return to the store. I wanted to convey here that it has nothing to do with the store only that it is quite a far distance from my apartment and I most likely will not need anything from the store in the future I was there for something very specific and was happy to find it at your store where as I did not find it at several stores previously not Home Depot's other brand stores.

Clean, organized, store; knowledgeable and friendly staff; product selection larger than most other HDs I’ve visited, and is usually very well stocked.

I just attended a workshop on applying a backsplash, which was informative and well organized. I really appreciated the hands-on experience with the tile, and I learned a lot of useful information about products and tools. Shopping at this store is fun, and the employees are extremely helpful.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Piero in the paint department is extremely knowledgable and encouraging. You will leave feeling confident that you will be able to successfully complete your project!

I don't expect many to be in accord, yet I felt a bit rushed during the experience. That being said there was no lack of courtesy nor any taboo to obstruct the etiquette one would expect.
