Suzanne was so helpful to me and my husband on two separate occasions that were totally unrelated. She is totally awesome, and I look forward going to this store knowing they have associates like her who will assist customers that look lost lol They also do a military discount, which is pretty awesome!

The Minot Home Depot is top notch! The stock is always full, store is extra clean and the employees are very helpful! Can’t imagine what more a customer would want!

The Minot Home Depot repeatedly pushed back the promised delivery date for a special order of deck. We waited three months and were told five different delivery dates; each time, delivery being pushed back two weeks. We had no assurance that delivery wouldn't continue to be delayed and the customer chose to go with another vendor. Now I'm on the hook for a restocking fee for material that took three months to arrive and was promised to be delivered on five different dates. The Pro Deck also has no idea how to estimate deck projects. We returned about $900 in material that was not required for a 20x16 deck. I could've framed out another 12x16 deck with the extra treated lumber they specified for the project.

Minot's Home Depot is full of friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. They will approach you and ask if you need assistance and are more than happy to help you find the product that you are looking for. We've recently built a deck and spent several hours with the PRO desk designing, looking for materials, handpicking product that the computer said was unavailable, and suggesting alternate materials. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, even when it was the wife (not the handy person, but knew dimensions and design) was the one going back for the second phase of the deck purchase.

The store was sufficient. Except for the gal who made our keys for us on saturday, 6-27-2020. Her till was across from the key machine. She just starred at us. We asked if we could get some keys made. She turns, with a look like: why are you bothering me.She didn't say one word to us the entire time. We had to do all the talking. We took our keys and went to another cashier.She was very rude. Not one word to us.

Everyone was happy to have us shopping in your store. The paint department was great and employees "clean" and efficient. Checkout; Suzanne helped us in the self checkout helped us renew our CC and we got a discount. Jacob: a very polite eager to help young man in the self-centered. He is very excited and proud to work at Home Depot. He is a keeper!
