This store is disorganized and a mess. Employees are not helpful. Save some time, and go across the street!

I have shopped there for the past 16 years. Many times my husband has sent me there because of the prices and the supply.

Employees are understaffed and rude, sanitation methods are in place but not being followed by employees.

Home depot is easy to maneuver around , finding things is pretty easy. The customer service is great! employees are friendly. I could not order items online, I called, they pushed my order through with no problem, they were patient with me and I'm totally satisfied with my shopping experience.

Great service and assistance from Staff. Considering I am visually impaired, the help was amazing. The Appliance Department Manager jumped in to help and was very knowledgeable of products.

I've been coming to this store since it first opened. Always knowledgeable staff in all departments, if they can't answer or find an item they always find someone who can. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store and have always been satisfied with what I purchased and how I was helped if needed. The store is organized in a logical way and departments aren't shuffled around so I always know where to find things. Good job!

We have gone to the Home Depot in Missoula MT for the last 3 years we have been in Montana. It has always been a good experience with knowledgeable and helpful employees. The store is well laid out and always clean. It usually has the items we are looking for to do our home improvement and repair projects. We plan to continue to shop there for our ongoing projects around the house.

The store was clean and very well organized. Associates were very helpful.

Our cashier Gwendolyn was upbeat and very cheerful. She took the time to explain what we needed to do for warranty on the products that we purchased. Very happy with this store and employees.

I like this store and always feel comfortable shopping here. It is much easier to find what I need in this store than the local Lowe's store.

This Home Depot was clean and orderly. The paint selection was good, and the paint manager was very helpful with our purchase. We looked for paint we thought was on sale, and he helped us find a better selection. He helped us with color, mixing and everything we needed.

Everyone is so helpful !! They have been great helping us getting out supplies for our house we are building ! Pat your back they do great work !

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Our recent shopping experience in the outside garden shop was memorable. A gentleman got off of his forklift and came over to help us purchase soil. Loaded our cart, took us though checkout at the return register (garden shop registers not open yet) and wheeled the cart out to our car and loaded the 6 bags of heavy soil for us. All this without being asked. We are both seniors and I so appreciate all of his help. I didn't get his name, but he is a great employee!

I just did the survey, but didn't comment about how I felt about the person who checked me out. That would be FAITH. I just wanted to comment on her helpfulness with the products I was purchasing (floor tiles) and I LOVED her cheerful go-getter attitude! give her a raise!

I shopped here on 3/3/2020 and was assisted by Shannon in the search and purchase of a new fridge. He knew his product, answered all of my questions and looked up delivery info before going over all the purchase specifics in a timely and very friendly manner. I appreciated him making me feel like I was a VIP during our interaction. I would definitely shop here again.

We are an older couple and needed help with deciding on kitchen cabinets and/or countertops and how to design a kitchen renovation; the kitchen design consultant provided at Home Depot was especially knowledgeable, detail-oriented, friendly and patient in helping us through this process when we didn't have a clue how to go about it! Home Depot provides not just design help but also installation services, including disposal of old countertops, etc.

Sad when a business has the product in the store but no help for customers. They have employees but the majority of them are either to busy visiting with each other or trying to avoid helping customers. Sad when the store is basically empty of customers and you still can't get an employee to help you.

Thanks for the help loading the 200+ sheets of 7/16 OSB on my trailer! I was amazed at how well you all worked as a team to help me get this loaded so that I could travel back home (140 miles) safely!

We ordered new carpet for our bedrooms. The in-store representative led us through the process and was very friendly. The measurements were scheduled only two days after our stop in the store. That went well and we had a quote within 48 hours of our initial visit to the store. We made the purchase and the carpet is scheduled for delivery. Very competent thus far.

The people working in the store are friendly, helpful, and efficient. They make shopping there much easier than at other places.

I suggest you enter this store prepared to be totally self sufficient. To expect an employee to be helpful is probably expecting too much.
