I found a nice washer and dryer

If you don't have a cell phone they will not give a veteran their military discount!!! Happened to me Mar. 25th,2023!! I was told that I "HAVE" to get a cell phone to get military discount, this was at a register!!!!

Frankie is a excellent employee. If all your employees were like her, it would be perfect!!

Employee named Tina was very helpful and courteous.

I would recommend Mow in flooring any day to anyone! She is the best, and very hands on with her customers.

The customer service for Home Depot is ALWAYS excellent. I wish more stores in the Monroe area were like Home Depot.

Store employees are nice and store overall was clean, but the quality of product I got was sub-par. When I tried calling the store to report the issue the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Will be sticking to my local hardware store from now on.

I had a great customer experience. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I came in for some last minute face mask for our class at Delta community college & Tam in self checkout was great ! She scanned all of my items within a matter of seconds and I was out the door within two minutes .

I was greeted at the door and three employees asked if I needed help.. it was sincere questions not the typical corporate voice recordings you normally get.. very good service!

Love my local home depot

I had to purchase an entire kitchen appliance set. LaHarricca helped me pick everything out and made sure I had what I needed and wanted. She was very knowledgeable and super courteous. We worked on the order for over an hour. She did t seem to mind a bit. I went to several other stores to look at their appliances but did NOT receive the service I got from her. She is a gem. She was a great example of excellent customer service!

I have been nothing but pleased with our Home Depot's appliance department. They (Ms. LaHarricca specifically) is a huge help and is always on top of her game. She knows her stuff and has a sparkling personality to boot!

This store is in a great location whereby you can drive in & out with ease. They are well stocked with just about everything you need & very easy to locate what you're shopping for.

I WAS ASKING FOR MY DELIVERY TIME AND THEY KEEP TRANSFERING ME TO DIFF AREAS AND PUTTING ME ON HOLD. HAD TO CALL 5X TO GET AN ANSWER!

Worst retail shopping experience in years, after standing in the lumber department for over an hour sending my daughter for help each of the four store workers that came back or a joke some of them smoke some of them did not and they wandered off immediately no one helped me finally my daughter got a woman to come back and talk to me she went and got the gentleman who had been cutting lumber the whole time I was there to come over and help me he was brand new he’s been there three weeks but he was kind and courteous both of them very apologetic from that point on my visit was great but the other four employees I feel deserve at the very bestA classic Customer Service because they had none totally disgusted with this visit
