Dreadful customer experience. You have to look for an employee for assistance or you're on your own. No one around when you need help.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and plan on coming back. The store is always clean, organized, and has friendly staff. Availability of staff was excellent. A couple associates had thanked me for shopping before I even got in line. This is the perfect location if I need to run in quickly or if I’m overwhelmed with a project and need lengthy advice and knowledge. I was amazed at how knowledgeable the staff was, even if I asked someone who was just passing through a department, if they couldn’t answer my question they took me to someone who was.

The Home Depot associates, particularly the management team, have an outstanding customer service focus. They are all friendly and helpful, and when presented with a challenge, they always look for a way to solve it. Great team of professionals.

We have shopped at the Monument store many times, especially when we lived closer to that location, and we have found the store to be clean and well run. Employees were courteous and helpful in the checkout and on the floor. If they could not help us, they were glad to consult a manager to help resolve any problem.

I only gave four stars because sometimes it is very hard to find an associate for help.

Very happy with shopping here for a simple rose bush and pot. We are honoring our daughter that we lost with something that will bring beauty to our lives like she did. Your store is clean, the people are friendly and you had what we needed!! What more can I ask for. When our budget allows we will return for two more to honor our mothers. Thank you all.

The Monument Colorado store is considered to be the smallest store in the Colorado Springs area. But I find it to be stocked with all the items needed to perform Handyman jobs to my customers. The store is always neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Convenient location. Name brands. Competitive pricing with the PRO desk.

It's a large store but in general, after using it a few times, you learn the organization and it has whatever you need.

I found exactly what I was looking for on the first visit. Asked for a scratch and dent discount and received it on the item. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

The staff at this store are always friendly, helpful and remember who I am. In todays busy world it is always nice to go to a place where they know you and are asking how you are doing, what your project is and how they can help. The store director always remembers my name and really cares about the employees. I look forward to my visits!

My last trip to the Jackson Creek Home Depot was exceptional. I was approached by employees asking if I needed help instead of trying to hunt someone down. The self checkout attendant went out of her way to help, and was very courteous

I want to especially mention the two associates who went above and beyond the normal requirements of their positions. Molly was the cashier, really was very thorough in helping me through the process of opening an account. And Robert who helped me load my item explained how we could best lift the item and safely load it in my vehicle.

The Manager and Pro Desk Captain were very good. The purchase of our new Rheem water heater was executed without a hitch. Both Ladies were extremely knowledgeable and helpful not only with our purchase but with a full and detailed explanation of the process to get it delivered and installed. Both deserve a raise and promotion and your company should be excited to have them as employees. You hired two really good people and hope they stay long term. KUDOS LADIES!!!!

Wrae at the Pro Desk is always willing and friendly to assist. She is frequently busy but finds time to assist every time I am at the store. Castle Rock store is closer but I come to Monument because Wrae never fails to make the shopping trip more enjoyable and is well educated on the products. Many future projects/jobs lined up and will continue buy my materials at Monument Store.

From the moment I walked into the Home Depot today, the entire crew that I met smiled, asked if I needed any help, with the exception of the first person I saw. She looked at the rusty, dirty shop vac filter and said: That exact filter is in Aisle 11, toward the back and underneath the vacuums. I asked her if they could clean it and she laughed. What a great way to start a journey to get a few items to finish off my "Needs List". The entire experience was continuously the same with every area I went to . Thank all of you at store #1541 in Monument for being Positive and very friendly. You all made my visit fast, efficient and fun! Home depot is my first stop always!!!

Due to a change in home improvement plans I had to return about 45 items. I was prepared to face a very unhappy cashier since I knew the person would have to scan each item. Jazmin, the cashier at the service counter, was very good natured and professional!

Employees greatly care about helping customers. Everything is conveniently located as well as tidy.

You've got good people there :-) Also, thanks for the Veteran Parking spaces too.
